THROATUS claims that she will sign an executive order in her first 100 days that will require Americans to turn in their guns, because Congress won’t act.

  1. If Congress won’t act, there is no Constitutional way for the President to just order people around
  2. The President can’t violate the Constitutional rights of Americans with an EO
  3. Even if she COULD do so, where will the money to enforce this unfunded mandate come from?
  4. There are 600 million guns in this country. There aren’t enough cops to enforce such an order
  5. Especially when cops stop volunteering after a few thousand get shot
  6. We aren’t turning in shit

This is the officer that the left wants leading the charge to disarm Americans. This fatass is a female Lieutenant in the 29th Infantry, I believe. The only place she is leading anyone is into the chow line.

Surveillance State

Sure, plate readers and cameras solved THIS crime. Still, how many millions of cars drove by and were catalogued to catch this one criminal, and what is all of that trace data being used for?

Using security camera footage from the apartment and nearby businesses, the detective determined Sterns’s Lincoln left the Venetian Bay Village apartments on Feb. 26 at 7:40 a.m. and then returned around 10:14 a.m.

Sterns’ vehicle left the apartment complex again at 11:03 a.m. and returned 53 minutes later, records show.

The Lincoln left the apartment a third time around 12:44 p.m. and travelled east along U.S. 192 towards St. Cloud where it was photographed by traffic cameras…

At 1:16 p.m., a security camera at a charter school captured video of a car with a similar color, style and size driving southbound on Old Hickory Tree Road.

The same vehicle was recorded heading northbound on Old Hickory Tree Road around 2:11 p.m., records show, before returning to the apartment at 2:43 p.m.

Tracked by at least half a dozen cameras and several plate readers. How much data do they have on YOU?

Poor Tactics

Your property is stolen, including a credit card. Your bank calls to tell you that the stolen credit card was just used at a fast food restaurant right down the street. You and a couple of friends head down the street to confront the thieves.

I would argue that, should this happen, you should go down there expecting an armed confrontation. These people didn’t, and the accused thieves opened fire on the would-be detectives.

Go down there to confront them, while your friends who are heavily armed standby with heavy weapons. If the thieves shoot, you overwhelm them with a large volume of return fire (situation permitting, of course).

Before you argue about whether or not you will be prosecuted, remember that if you are really worried about that, you wouldn’t choose to head up there to confront the thieves in the first place. if you DO choose to confront them, don’t hold back.

Expect to see more evidence that people are sick of the cops simply taking a report and then doing nothing. We might as well do away with most police and simply replace them with an online reporting form.

ATF Approved

There are vending machines in Alabama where you can buy ammunition, and its even approved by the ATF. Sounds like a great idea until you see how its being executed. You insert your ID, and the machine analyzes you using a camera and facial recognition to see if the picture on the ID you inserted matches.

Any takers want to take bets on whether or not your ID and picture are forwarded to the ATF? I just don’t trust anything that our government approves of, especially not those dog killing assholes at the ATF.

Saber Rattling and Hollow Shell

The US is talking about making some B52s nuclear capable again. The ten bombers had been “denuked” in compliance with nuclear treaties with Russia. This is nothing more than bullshit saber rattling. It will take years, and will not make a difference. Not only that, but the Air Force admits that it no longer is capable of putting nuclear bombers on alert, because it just doesn’t have the men or equipment. Of course, this makes one wonder what use is an Air Force that can’t take to the air to employ force, but that is a different discussion.

The Navy chose to flex its nuclear muscles by having an E6 Mercury and an Ohio class missile submarine sail around in full view of the Russians off the coast of Norway. The message is clear- we have nukes, and they are at your back door. At that range (less than 1200 miles), missiles fired from that submarine would detonate over Moscow in less than 8 minutes. Not nearly enough time to react.

The Navy only has the capability of the Nuclear ballistic missile submarines for nuclear weapons at sea. Ever since the first President Bush pulled the nukes from the rest of the fleet. The personnel and equipment needed to put nukes back on to the rest of the Navy just no longer exists. Our carriers, attack submarines, and surface ships just do not have the ability to maintain or carry nuclear weapons. Nuclear armed Tomahawks and carriers with nuclear weapons just don’t and can’t exist in today’s US Navy.

Now consider that the Navy doesn’t even require its sailors to pass a physical fitness test any longer.

So for the US, it’s use ballistic missiles or nothing. Our military is an overly expensive, hollow shell that can’t accomplish many of its core missions. Any war against a near peer adversary is therefore likely to end with the exchange of strategic nuclear weapons as our military gets its ass handed to them.
