The Miami Herald Supports Child Pornographers

The title from the Miami Herald reads:

He was homeless and mentally ill. A judge sentenced him to 150 years. Is that justice?

The article tells a story about a man who they allege is mentally ill and was caught in possession of child pornography after he sat in public with his computer and was showing that porn to multiple passers-by.

In 2016, he walked into a Sweetwater Best Buy and snatched a laptop and other merchandise. When employees confronted him, he pulled out his own laptop, declaring, ”Look, I have child pornography!” He began publicly showing his computer screen, lying down between two sets of sliding doors and perusing the illegal images as customers walked by.

Prosecutors offered him a plea deal, where he would plead guilty to one count of possession of child pornography and receive three years. He refused that deal.

So they pressed on with 30 counts of possession, that being what was found on his computer. Throughout the trial, the defendant refused to talk to his attorneys or participate in his own defense. He also refused to undergo mental health evaluations.

So he rolled the dice, went to trial, and the judge gave him the maximum sentence for each of the 30 counts. The total was for 150 years.

After the conviction, after all appeals have been exhausted, now this criminal and his attorneys begin screaming that NOW he has submitted to a psychological exam, and the psychologist claims that he is “unlikely to reoffend.” Why is that? Have his psychological problems been cured? Why wait until after sentence has been passed? Sounds to me like the reactions of a logical mind that is now hoping for a second bite at the apple and using his schizophrenia as an excuse. You don’t get a “do over” simply because you gambled and lost.

Now the Herald whips out the race card. They claim that in a perfect world, Stephens would’ve received treatment for his mental illness. He would have never become homeless or walked into that Best Buy. No, in a perfect world, those children would never have been victimized, and in a perfect world, the defendant in this case wouldn’t have victimized them a second time by having photos of the crime, and victimized yet a third time by him displaying photos of their victimization to the public.

It’s hard not to wonder what Stephens’ fate would have been were he not homeless, mentally ill; if his family had been in court and not thousands of miles away in Michigan, where they didn’t even know that he had been arrested; if Stephens weren’t Black, factors that historically have put defendants at a disadvantage.

What the Herald fails to mention is that, after moving to Miami in 2015, he racked up a list of criminal convictions in Miami Dade – 8 of them for 2015 and 2016, everything from trespassing, to petit theft, and even felony battery. Now this. The man moved to Miami and became a one man crime wave. Through these 8 cases, his mental issues weren’t used as a defense by his attorneys once. Not once.

What next? Rape a child? Kill someone? At least in prison, society is protected from this menace. I am willing to be that this behavior didn’t just begin when he came to Miami. The Herald engages in typical liberal hand-wringing over this criminal’s need for psychological help, while ignoring the child victims of his crime. They merely wave away possession of child pornography by saying “Stephens wasn’t accused of producing or distributing the pornographic material.” which is false, because he was sitting there in the middle of the mall, showing the photographs to passers by. That is, in fact, distribution.

I am sick and tired of the left yammering on endlessly about the rights of criminals while ignoring the rights of the victims of their crimes. However, if my child were one of his victims, I would be sorely tempted to plea for his release so I could mete out the vengeance that his crimes are screaming for.

I am willing to bet that, should that happen, the Herald wouldn’t be running stories to celebrate my cause.

FA and FO

The Orlando Philharmonic advertised a “family friendly” drag show, where trannies were lewdly performing children’s Christmas songs while allowing children in the audience. The state warned them that they had better not have the show in front of kids. The Philharmonic went ahead and performed the show with children in the audience anyway. They posted a small sign, saying that the show was not suitable for children, but that they would be permitted to enter.

That isn’t good enough.

So the state of Florida is revoking their liquor license.

Good. The next time, DCF should enter the venue and raid the place. Any child who is found to have been brought there by their legal guardian should be removed from that guardian’s care and placed in foster care.

Stop grooming kids to be part of the sex trade.

More Silliness

From Peter, we see this story about a man who is taking hormones to be a woman and is now claiming that he is having menstrual cramps. Impossible. Menstrual cramps are caused by the female reproductive organs responding to hormone changes: thickening endometrial tissue, then shedding that thickening tissue as a part of the monthly reproductive cycle.

Even ignoring the absence of endometrial tissue, the hormone changes that cause this cycle aren’t there. The hormones responsible for driving this cycle are the Luteinizing Hormone (LH), Estradiol, the Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), and Progesterone. It’s a complex dance of hormones that work to control the menstrual cycle.

A gland in a woman’s brain (the pituitary gland) produces Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH). FSH is carried by your blood to her ovaries. FSH stimulates follicles to grow. As she approaches ovulation, one of these follicles will start growing bigger and faster than all the others. It’s known as the dominant follicle. It is this follicle that contains the mature egg that will be released when she ovulates.

While FSH is encouraging lots of follicles to grow, LH, luteinising hormone, is also produced in small amounts (by the same gland in the brain that produces FSH, the pituitary gland) throughout the follicular phase. LH encourages the follicles already growing to produce estradiol (estrogen). As a woman approaches ovulation, a surge in LH will help to ripen the dominant follicle and rupture it for the egg to be released. (This surge in LH is what the ovulation test kits try and pick up on.)

When the dominant follicle ruptures, it is now called the corpus luteum. LH stimulates the corpus luteum to produce progesterone. The corpus luteum produces both progesterone and estradiol, with the primary role of these two hormones ensuring that the lining of the uterus is fully prepared for implantation by making it thicker, so that it is ready in the event that fertilization occurs. If the woman doesn’t get pregnant, the corpus luteum breaks down, progesterone production decreases and the next menstrual cycle begins when follicle stimulating hormone starts to rise again.

He isn’t taking any female hormone except for Estradiol. Even though men produce many of these hormones, they do so in a steady level. LH and FSH order testes to produce sperm, progesterone is key in the production of testosterone, and estradiol is produced when men have an excess of testosterone, so it is converted into estradiol by an enzyme called aromatase. You can see that, even though men have all of those hormones, they are not cycling up and down from the actions of the pituitary gland and cannot produce a menstrual cycle.

So even if he DID have a uterus and other female reproductive organs, he doesn’t have the necessary hormone cycles to be having menstrual cramps. He is a delusional, mentally disturbed male who needs counseling, not pills.

Yoel Roth

Yoel Roth was the head of Twitter’s safety department and policy. He chose to ban the right while leaving all sorts of pedophile related content in place. Why did he do that? Because he is likely a pedophile himself. Behold my evidence:

Here is a 2017 article where he discussed how social media can be used to influence elections and change behavior.

In his doctoral dissertation, entitled “Gay Data,” Roth argued that minors should have access to Grindr, an app that enables gay men to instantly pinpoint each other using GPS technology. “Make no mistake,” as Vice News put it, “Grindr is more about hooking up than dating. It’s basically a 24/7 theme park of sex in your immediate locale and uses geolocation to provide a location of the closest users. Roth, who is gay, noted in his paper that he was “documenting and analyzing my own use of these services.”

In one section, Roth wrote:

Grindr may well be too lewd or too hook-up-oriented to be a safe and age-appropriate resource for teenagers; but the fact that people under 18 are on these services already indicates that we can’t readily dismiss these platforms out of hand as loci for queer youth culture. Rather than merely trying to absolve themselves of legal responsibility or, worse, trying to drive out teenagers entirely, service providers should instead focus on crafting safety strategies that can accommodate a wide variety of use cases for platforms like Grindr—including, possibly, their role in safely connecting queer young adults.

Roth named Twitter as a platform that had become—and presumably, should remain—a “general-purpose” site for “connecting queer young adults.” Roth’s says that platforms should “focus on crafting safety strategies that can accommodate a wide variety of use cases,” including “their role in safely connecting queer young adults,” in an “overall queer social landscape” that “increasingly includes individuals under the age of 18,” rather than trying to “drive out” these users attempting to engage with “peers about their sexuality.”

In 2010, he wrote on Twitter: “Can high school students ever meaningfully consent to sex with their teachers?” Roth’s tweet contained a link to an article, “Student-teacher sex: When is it OK?” in Slate, a left-wing publication, about the perils and pitfalls of age of consent laws.

“Musk falsely implied in tweets that Twitter’s former head of trust and safety, Yoel Roth—who is gay—has advocated for child sexualization,” wrote Chas Danner at Intelligencer.

I don’t think it was false at all. I think that there has been a concerted effort to groom and sexualize students. When I was a teacher, we were specifically instructed to talk to high school students about the benefits of gay sex (I refused to do so) even back in 2016. There has been a nationwide push to turn children into little sex slaves.

I used to think that the entire “Q” thing was conspiracy theory bullshit. I am no longer quite so sure that it was.

Antifa Photo Intel

Just in case you were wondering what Antifa is up to- here is a picture of them in Denton, TX, where the Antifa insurgents were providing armed protection for a drag show performance aimed at children. Note that the police and Antifa were working together at this event. At this point, residents of Denton, TX can assume that local LE are allied with Antifa. For this reason, Denton (a suburb on the NW side of Dallas) is now added to Zone 2.

The guy on the right is carrying an AR made from an 80 percent lower. His kit is rather sparse. No TQ, no FA kit, nothing but weapon, some ammo, and a radio. In fact, both of them look light on ammo. Less than 100 rounds tells me that they are there more for photo ops on social media and intimidation than they are for fighting, but then again, no one has really offered any fight, so I guess that doesn’t matter. I would also take careful notice that the guy on the right is wearing a body camera. So is the one behind him (mostly hidden by the Fag Flag) you can see the camera between the rainbow flag and the red one.

Looks like both have plates, but they don’t have helmets or pelvic coverage. I bet 62 grains moving at a couple of thousand feet per second through their pelvis would make them combat ineffective.

The idiot dressed like a cat is in the way of me getting a good look at the guy on the left, so we need to take a look at a different photo to see his kit a bit better.

Taking a look at his AR, it looks like an 80 percent lower as well. That bag marked as a FA kit doesn’t look large enough to be serious.

The third guy I want to take a look at may or may not be a skinny chick (on the left).

A couple of interesting things here. The boots are well worn. The only ammo carried is the mag that is loaded into the mag well of the (again) 80 percent AR. One odd thing is that the gas block has a plastic thread on it that looks like it secured the price tag to it at one point.

Another interesting thing about the ARs- they are all 80 percent lowers, but the similarity in parts ends there. That would seem to indicate that each of them made their own weapon. The thing is, every one of the ARs in these photos look like they are brand new. Not single flaw in the bluing. No wear, no scratches. Not anywhere. It’s like they have never been fired or even handled all that often. I am wondering if they have even been zeroed.

Anyway, if you see anything interesting in these photos, let me know in comments.
