I would have gone with “hideous”. On a lighter note, why is the TV anchorette dressed in Nomex?

I’ve read elsewhere that gay marriages have VERY high rates of spousal abuse and on average are shorter than straight marriages.
This article doesn’t give enough information to understand what is actually going on, unfortunately.
