Impossible. The supermajorities required cannot be obtained. However, the enabling legislation could be repealed with simple majority. Maybe 60% in the senate.
Change the enforcement clause from a penalty to a reward and watch the states get on board.

The best I can do is not vote for ANY woman candidate ever again! Lets take a look at the scorecard since the 19th was enacted. Women have wrecked the churches, schools, health care, elected office, monogamous relationships and the judiciary.

I read eight jurors are women and they were wearing pink today. Definitely heading for a mistrial. The small majority of men want her to hang. There will not be consensus. If Clancy walks it will be open season on children. In fact there’s been a couple of other incidents already of mommy killing the kids.

This is a show trial and nothing more. The Commonwealth had to go through the motions to make the system look fair but I suspect even the prosecutor really didn’t want to win it.
It’s Massachusetts where they just signed a law allowing abortions up to the moment of birth with Governor Maura Healey signing the bill surrounded by laughing and ecstatic women rejoicing that they could now kill pre-borns with no limits.
The, so called, randomly chosen jury consisted of 9 women and three men. All they needed was a single women to hold out and the case was over.
Women have been convinced that men are the enemy and what’s going on here is more political then it is about the actual case. Women view this as a symbol of female empowerment and they want to show that they’re in charge now.
Here’s my prediction. When this ends and Clancy is allowed to walk (or in her case, wheel), there will be hordes of women gathering around the state, rejoicing their sister is free and they’ve struck another blow against the patriarchy.

Well, if she walks … oh that’s right she’s paralyzed she can’t walk. Well, if she rolls where is she going to go ?
On the bright side massachusetts taxpayers won’t have allocate the nominal prison fee on her behalf. Disability benefits are quite a lot less. Either way she’s living in hell right now.
Some people wonder what meds she was on. Then again maybe she couldn’t fight the demon any longer. This will be forgotten in two months.
