I agree that the treasury is being raided. We are seeing the collapse. I am still thinking the gold repository at Fort Knox is no longer there.

Here is some more fraud from Hawaii. Millions missing from homeless funds.

Remember during the first part of President Trump’s term, he was going to audit Fort Knox and show everyone how much gold was there?
It kind of got dropped and I’m thinking they hoped everyone would forget.

I’ve been saying for awhile that I suspect they attempted the audit while Elon was there, discovered the gold was missing, and decided to keep their mouths shut because the world knowing about it would crash the world’s economy

Yeah, whatever happened to that. Even bigger than Fort Knox, which holds about 4,500 tons, is the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, at 33 Liberty Street in Lower Manhattan, near Wall Street which holds about 6300 tons, although most of that is ‘in safe keeping’ for other nations. There are other large repositories for U.S. gold at West Point, NY and Denver, CO. So I guess if you wanted to do an audit of Fort Knox, you’d have to do all of them at the same time to prevent the old switcheroo. And as DM just said, if it was found to be substantially off, it would devastate our economy, so maybe the inside Washington line is hands off.

Wanna really feel down about our current indebtedness??

If all the gold that is supposed to be stored in Fort Knox is actually there, then it would only be worth ~$620b at $4.2k a Troy Ounce.

This, more than any other single indicator (and there are plenty to choose from) is what has me convinced we are in – or very close to – the end game. There isn’t even lip service paid to any effort towards fiscal restraint now. Nor is there to busting down the rampant fraud and straight up embezzlement. DOGE was a flash in the pan that didn’t even make a dent. Look at the level of fraud revealed just in Minnesota since the heady days of Elon and the hackers taking a chainsaw to fraudulent appropriations.

With no possible chance of reversing course on the unconstrained profligacy, and nobody of consequence presently in a position of power, or even anywhere on the horizon, willing to make any noise about it, the federal treasury is essentially being treated to a mafia bust out operation. Noting short of collapse will stop it.
