Democrats have proposed a 1,000% tax on all “assault weapons” and magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammo. That would make an AR15 cost $5,500 to $33,000. I didn’t realize that we were taxing Constitutional rights. Let’s try a few others:

  • a $10,000 tax for each person who wishes to register as a Democrat.
  • You can only vote for one Democrat each election. Each vote for a Democrat candidate after that will cost you $500. No cash? No vote.
  • In fact, only people who pay income taxes can vote. If you don’t pay any income taxes, you don’t get a say in how things are run. Skin in the game, and all that.
  • $2,500 fee for your first jury trial. Guilty or not, that fee doubles for each subsequent trial. Can’t pay? You get a bench trial.

What’s that you say? People can’t be taxed for exercising their rights?

Exactly.

Although I am against taxing firearms and ammunition, I really do believe we should bring back the poll tax!
You are so right about skin in the game. THAT is why there are a lot of democrat votes. You know, vote for me and I’ll forgive your student debt, or give you free healthcare, etc.

Indeed…. Stockholders can only vote their shares… why can’t Stakeholders (i.e. TAXPAYERS).

It’s not a poll “Tax” per se… but agreed… if you’re not paying for the govt. you should have zero say in how it’s run.

The IRS has disclosed new tax policy for FY 2024. All male taxpayers will now be taxed on their dicks. Previously, dicks were exempt from direct tax liability as they spend most of their time hanging around unemployed. On those occasions they are working, they are operating in the hole, and while they have two dependents, they’re both nuts.

Accordingly, please consult the tax table below to determine your bracket:

Over 12″, file under capital gains
9-12″, luxury tax, 50%
6-9″ poll tax, 30%
4-6″ are in the 15% bracket.
Under 4″ will be eligible for a refund.

Note: all must file as head of household, and extensions will NOT be granted. Irrespective of bracket, your liquidity will be drained.

I agree, either a poll tax OR property taxes. If you don’t pay ANY taxes why should you be able to put anyone, by vote ,into ANY elected office.

Party lights behind you.
Officer rolls up to your window with a credit card terminal.
“I couldn’t help but notice all the democrat bumper stickers plastered everywhere.”
“Yeah?”
“Well…this is gonna go one of two ways, either your card clears for $500, or I’m going to be cruel and unusual with my taser”
