This is some third-world, failed state bullshit.

There are holes in the envelopes of California mail-in ballots. The left claims it’s so they can ensure a ballot won’t be mistakenly left in an envelope that’s thought to be empty. In some cases, the hole “accidentally” aligns with the way votes in certain cases are cast. A person can tell if a vote was cast a certain way without even opening the envelope, and it’s been going on since at least 2021.

In fact, rumors have been circulating that this is exactly what has been going on. These rumors have been so pervasive, the government has been trying to find plausible reasons why this is so.

California’s Secretary of State this week corrected false claims circulating in viral videos about the holes in mail-in ballot return envelopes, clarifying that they’re meant to assist visually impaired voters find the signature line — not to see the votes inside.

This sounds like some bullshit, but:

Are all envelopes the same? No — every county has its own envelope and ballot design. L.A. and Riverside counties have envelopes with three holes — two by the signature line and one overlapping hole on the other side of the envelope to help election workers verify that envelopes are empty after votes are processed. Orange County envelopes don’t have holes at all.

What if my vote does show through one of the holes? In those cases, election officials say that voters can fold or insert their ballot in a way where their vote remains hidden.

We aren’t cheating and using the holes to decide which ballots to keep and which get lost. Nope, and because you CAN refold your ballot to hide your vote means it’s all on the up and up.

However, they give instructions on how ballots should be placed in the envelope. When you fold it according to instructions, a certain candidate aligns with one of the three holes. So when processing the ballots, the person sorting them can tell if it the vote was cast for a certain candidate or a ballot voting for someone else. The hole needn’t line up with a Democrat. In fact, it’s better that it doesn’t, creating plausible deniability.

Instead, the hole can line up with something else on the ballot. Perhaps a vote for a hot-button issue. This permits a machine to exclude a ballot likely voting against the desired results- democrats being more likely to vote for gun control, free shit, or some other indicator. Use your imagination.

Now you know how it’s possible for 10,000 consecutive ballots to all come in for one candidate.
