Confine that thing to 2 quarts of water and 500 calories per day and in about a month it would be a model citizen ready for it’s permanent job as a draft animal on a farm in the midwest 100 miles from any community.
It’s diseased and only through starvation will the bulk of the disease be nullified.

Unclear on the concept. I almost wish it would happen just to be able to do some “before’n’after” interviews with people like this.
But she won’t necessarily be working on a farm. She also should be quite useful digging ditches, pulling trash off the side of the road, clearing gutters of storm debris, and so on. All useful things to society!
This reminds me of part of a court case I saw, in which a welfare recipient stated matter-of-fact that his welfare check was his job, and that he “got paid” because “I’m me being me” or something to that effect.
On another note, I am grateful for the captioning in just about every TikTok video. That way I don’t need to listen to the voice…
