Why I Love Living in Florida

Homeowner shoots burglar. The local Sheriff says: “you’re not in trouble. Come see us. We have a gun safety class we put on every other Saturday, and if you take that, you’ll shoot a lot better, and hopefully, you’ll save the taxpayers money,”

To help you decide where in Florida is the best place to live, look at this map. The red areas are good, but if you are a liberal antigun pedophile burglar, stay where you are. You might get shot and fed to a gator.

Yeah, we have a few sheriffs who aren’t on the same page, but I think there are enough who are real world (Judd at the top of the heap in my opinion) who make up for those lacking. I’m in Osceola 1/2 mile from Orange and 10 miles from Polk and I wish Judd would change residence eastward. 🙂

Not sure how things were in the panhandle years ago when I was at Eglin (retired from there), because I was away so much, but I liked “living” there.

Most states, even the liberal ones, have a map like that.
Virtually every blue county nation wide is an urban area. What makes a state blue or red depends on the balance of population between urban and rural areas.
