I guess the cops that read here will call this “more anti cop bullshit” but I still call them like I see them, and this is unconstitutional as hell:
Saying someone will be arrested for calling a tranny “sir” is a violation of the First Amendment. End. Full stop.
EDITED TO ADD: This isnt one Ft Worth cop. Its apparently department policy.

this is the messed up part…they can write you a ticket for anything and then you have to argue it in front a judge and his job is to make the city money…so…it’s like getting arrested for something stupid that normally they won’t arrest you for but because you pissed them off and didn’t stroke their ego you now get to take the free ride even though again, it may get thrown out or you argue your case in front of judge hired to make the city money…you can always win but you won’t beat the ride…sucks but it’s the truth…

Lawsuit time, in federal court too. If this is department policy it is conspiracy against rights. I would ask for attorneys fees and that the cops involved, those in the department that told them that this was policy, and those that made that policy be fired for cause and their law enforcement accreditation revoked. If the city agreed I wouldn’t ask for any punitive damages. Watch how fast the mayor and city council would throw them under the bus.

Both of the cops in the vids were way below substandard.
