I have 12 locations, w/in a.2hr drive, I can go to and make some right turns on block valves and be done. All this w/o having to break into anything

I suspect this genius is unaware that many large US cities get their water supply from distant sources. For example, LA and NYC get water from rural regions a hundred or more miles away from the city borders.

Damn straight, Skippy. Shut off the pipes from the Colorado River to LA, and from upstate NY into NYFC, and it won’t take very long to change their tune.
