As the father of a dead child, you wait until he is released and avenge your daughter. The police and courts exist to ensure that the accused get a fair trial. When that system fails, people will take matters into their own hands.

Skeptic · December 6, 2025 at 7:37 am

The judge would be included in that vengeance.

Everything is Potemkin in a fourth world turd.

Craig · December 6, 2025 at 8:44 am

And when you avenge your child it should be long and very painful.

That judge should be swinging from an oak tree by sundown.

It sounds like the killer got a fair trial, as such. The process broke at the punishment phase. But that’s a quibble, the point still stands. At some point people will start taking it into their own hands, if they have both the means and will to do so.

It’s called the justice system. The reason it exists is to permit people to have a fair trial. In the absence of justice, people resort to vigilante justice, with punishment being meted out from mob opinion rather than evidence. It’s why there wasn’t much horse stealing in the frontier west- a posse would go out and return with the stolen horse, but not the thief.

When justice isn’t to be found in the courts, people engage in DIY justice. To prevent this, people have to believe that the justice system is fair, impartial, and just. Once that belief is gone, you lose the rule of law.

It’s a legal system these days. It still seems light for vehicular manslaughter.

      FYI
Horse thieving and cattle rustling are still big in the West. More than a few Sheriffs have an office for rustling.

Quite often the rustlers will butcher cattle right there in the field. Enough evidence is gathered there to apprehend the guilty. Very sophisticated ops on both sides.

A chair? A small piece of heavy metal may be more suitable – the judge first.

I find the minds of people like that judge unfathomable. All I can be sure of is that they are very dangerous. Europe is loaded with them and we have far more than the minimum daily requirement here in the US.

Notice what the judge said. Based upon other usually imposed sentences. The judge acted not as a judge but as an arm of the blob. Gone is judicial independence. She read from the script presented by the administration.

It is the administration which concocted the clever scheme that based on dissimiliar culture, the perpetrator did not know it was wrong to rape or murder.

The judicial waters have become so murky that justice cannot be found. Thereby excuses must be found. For the good of the community doncha know.

The “judge” needs to first disappear. Let her family, friends, and coworkers wonder where she is and what has happened. No teasing, taunting, or hints of things to come. Just maddening silence. After the wondering has died down, execute her, and the perpetrator ,like Charlie Kirk-live & up close. The father should have a rock solid alibi. Everyone needs friends with fortitude for just compensation.

Jonesy · December 7, 2025 at 12:05 am

That is absolutely maddening. It would be so easy to rationalize vigilante justice. One of those “it ain’t right, but I understand” events.

The EU had better figure things out pretty soon. Not only do the politicians let these cockroaches in freely, their own government lets them rape and murder without consequence.

Law Abiding Citizen continues to be the instructional manual for dealing with soft on criminal judges and District Attorneys.

I’m amazed and slightly disappointed that retaliatory killings haven’t happened already.

I’ve been saying this for a while now. Criminals think that the police(justice system) are there to protect us from them. In reality, they are there to protect the criminals from us. Once people start to figure out that they get no justice from the justice system, pretty much every crime is going to be a capital crime. Just the other day, there was a story about the guy, black, of course, who was going around spitting at White women he passed in the street. Couple of fellows, also black, apparently, found his actions unacceptable, and passed judgement on him, rather harshly. He lived, but I’d bet he won’t be doing it again. Honestly, I’m surprised that judges haven’t faced any reprcussions for light sentences.
