Cops Stealing PMs

This man sued PA cops because they took his silver coins and bullion. Note that the suit wasn’t dropped because it didn’t have merit. It was dropped because the man just couldn’t do it any longer.

I have a problem with how it all went down:

Because of Schifter’s rambling and vague answers plus a record showing arrests in three states, Conrad sought permission to search the RV.

It was denied due to six dogs in the RV. Asked if he would allow a search were it not for the dogs, he said no.

So no probable cause, they asked to search and were denied. So far, I don’t have a problem.

A search was conducted after Conrad’s drug detection dog had an alert at the front and passenger side of the RV. That is when the cash, bullion, coins and jewelry were discovered.

The entire thing of drug dogs alerting is bullshit. It is long past time for drug dogs to be eliminated as probable cause.

Dogs are very good at reading people. They know that if they give their handler what he wants, they get a reward. If the cop wants the dog to alert on a car, the dog will alert on a car. There was one study that actually supported that, but once the study was published, cops have refused to participate in any more studies unless those studies are being performed by pro-policing organizations.

Cops don’t even keep records of how often dogs alert to drugs and then no drugs are found. The police say:

“There’s been cars that my dog’s hit on… and just because there wasn’t a product in it, doesn’t mean the dog can’t smell it,” says Gunnar Fulmer, a K9 officer with the Walla Walla Police Department. “[The drug odor] gets permeated in clothing, it gets permeated in the headliners in cars.”

The problem here is obvious- even giving the dog the benefit of the doubt, probable cause means that the search is being done because drugs are probably there. What the cop in the above quote is saying is that by alerting, the dog is indicating that drugs may have been there at some time in the past. The dog indicates the odor of drugs, but not the presence of drugs. That isn’t the same thing and shouldn’t be enough to trigger a warrantless search of someone’s property.

Anyhow, back to the story at hand.

The silver was seized and taken to the state police barracks in Milton where Schifter claimed he had bought them periodically over the past several months at Nevada Coin and Jewelry but did not have any receipts.

Contact was made with the manager of the business who said Schifter always paid cash.

A review of receipts that were obtained revealed eight purchases for silver bullion between Oct. 17 and Dec. 19, 2019, totaling $64,904. One was in the name of the woman with him and the others in his.

That should have been the end of it. If they can’t prove that he bought the coins with the results of criminal enterprise in court, that is the end of it.

There were suspicions of money laundering because an ion scan indicated the cash had been in close proximity of high levels of methamphetamine.

We aren’t talking about cash. Where did cash enter this story? Just bad reporting. Are they saying that Schifter had cash on him that tested positive for drug residue? So what, most of the money in the nation does.

This is nothing more than theft. The government is out to steal your possessions. Asset forfeiture is theft. It is unconstitutional, but the courts don’t care about that.

Workforce Participation

Much ado is being made of the fact that unemployment claims are at a two month low. Biden will most assuredly make a big deal out of it. That number means little. What matters is the labor force participation rate. For July, that stands at 62.1 percent.

Back at the turn of the millennium, 66 percent of Americans were working. That number dropped during Obama’s Presidency, all the way to 62.8 percent by December of 2016.

Then Trump took over. By February of 2020, it had regained a quarter of what was lost and rebounded to 63.4. The left couldn’t have that, so enter the COVID shutdown. Now Biden is rejoicing as the labor force participation rate hovers at a level that is even less than Obama’s low.

But women are paid less

We constantly hear about how women are paid less than men, but that is false. We know that single, childless women are getting richer while men are getting poorer, Bloomberg has the facts.

Single women without kids had an average of $65,000 in wealth in 2019, compared with $57,000 for single, child-free men, according to new research from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. For single mothers, the figure was only $7,000.

The other startling thing is the number of Americans who have decided that they will not have kids-44%. This country is dying. We will soon have a negative birth rate.

The enemy in our homes

Less than a year ago, I told you about one of my wife’s friends and her stepson. The little asshole had declared to his family that he was a Marxist. The father had been ignoring it, assuming it was just some sort of phase.

Well, the kid came home and announced that he is now a girl. No longer Carlos, he is now calling himself Inez and insisting that everyone use that name. He is telling them that Carlos is dead, and using that name is “deadnaming” him. He is now Inez.

Well, his dad has been crying for three days. He is supporting his son in this new name, because he is afraid that his son will commit suicide if they don’t play along. Carlos is basically holding himself hostage and using that to control everyone in the house.

That, in my opinion, is what this is. It’s about control. When I met the kid seven years ago, I thought he was a little odd, but many kids are. However, this kid is as hardcore left as they come. He is a committed socialist who wants to destroy this country and replace it with a communist one.

We all need to think about that for a moment. The people that will be on the other side of any civil war will be people that we have known for years. That little boy who lives down the street? The one you have known since he was in kindergarten? He is plotting to kill you.

That’s where we are. So as you listen to our President tonight, and hear him tell America that *YOU* are the enemy, that you are a threat to our nation, and that you don’t deserve to live here, remember what the left has done to our children. Remember what they want to do to you.

Plan accordingly.

Whites need not apply

Bank of (parts of) America is offering home loans with very favorable terms. No minimum down payment, no minimum credit score, no closing costs, and no mortgage insurance or points required. Instead, eligibility will be based on factors like timely rent payments and on-time utility bill, phone and auto insurance payments. The only catch? Those terms are only available to black or Hispanic first-time homebuyers.

Someone please explain to me how this doesn’t fall afoul of the Fair Housing Act. Imagine if someone were to offer similar loan products to whites only. The screaming would be audible in space.

The Brink

I had a post all ready to go. It was all about tactics that could be used against these assholes.

By the time I was almost done with the post, I realized that I was so angry, and the post so violently bloody, I realized that it could be used as evidence. It isn’t as if all of the signs of what is to come aren’t there.

Our own President is calling half of the nation “fascists.” Charlie Christ, who until today was Florida’s Congressman for Pinellas county (and current Democrat candidate for Florida Governor) defended and echoed those statements. Then in another speech, the President went on to declare that he would again make “assault weapons” illegal and further said that anyone who opposes that would be facing F-15s and other heavy weapons, seemingly indicating that he is looking forward to bombing American citizens.

Tomorrow night, Biden will be addressing the nation during prime time to talk about the “extremist threat” posed by the 80 million people who voted for President Trump.

“The president thinks that there is an extremist threat to our democracy. The president has been as clear as he can be on that particular piece,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters this morning. This wasn’t an off the cuff gaffe. She said that while reading prepared notes. She said what she meant to say. If you voted for Trump, the President is declaring you to be a traitor, a threat to the very nation.

Whatever he has to say won’t be conciliatory. It’s almost as if he is trying to be inflammatory, trying to pick a fight. Will he use this speech as a way to cause enough domestic unrest to allow a declaration of “emergency powers?”

This nation is separated into armed camps. They are polarized like no other time since the 1860s:

You have the hard-core Communists of Antifa, BLM, and their cronies. They are armed, violent, and just itching to get their revolution on. They are using the J6 protest as their Reichstag fire, an excuse to seize power.

The so-called MAGA Republicans, who represent the majority of the politically aware right, are sick of the bullshit and are pushing back. They are not looking for a fight, but are well armed and pissed off. All they wanted was to be left alone.

There are the kiddie diddlers. The fags, trannies, and other deviants who see the power vacuum as a way to be able to fuck little kids. The left is content to let them have their way with your kids, as long as they throw their weight behind this commie takeover.

Then there is the “go along to get along” pussy wing of the Republican party, the political whores whose only core value is to do whatever it takes to remain in power, even if that means kissing Democrat ass to stay there. Their chairman is Mitch McConnel. He is ready to kiss Biden’s ring, proving that he is out of touch with mainstream Republicans and unfit to manage a Planet Smoothie franchise.

All I know is that this new move to inflammatory rhetoric by the President is not a good sign.

Dumber Army Follows Orders

The ASVAB is a test that is given to potential military enlistees. Many career counselors consider it to be one of the best occupational aptitude tests ever written. The test evaluates those taking it in various categories like Arithmetic, Assembling Objects, Auto & Shop, Electronics, Science, Mechanical Comprehension, and Language skills. Each branch of the military has a minimum score that a potential recruit must score in order to enlist. The Army’s minimum score is the lowest of all military branches at a 31.

There are too many potential Army enlistees who either can’t score a 31 or meet the basic physical requirements. So the Army has decided to begin offering remedial classes. This is a reflection on the general lowering of the quality of our Armed Forces. The left is only concerned with political reliability, and is busy cashiering everyone who shows even a remote rightward leaning.

So they are purging the military and staffing it with uneducated morons who are out of shape, have psychological problems, and will simply follow whatever orders they are given. That may include wiping out a small town that refuses to remain locked down or refuses to stop bitterly clinging to their guns, their Bibles, and their Constitution.
