Guns, Crime, and Statistics
I get so tired of people moving the goal posts. Every time you talk to someone from a country which has banned guns, you always hear this argument (or a version of it):
As guns are banned here, we don’t face that reality. Although there is some gun violence in the UK, however, it is very rare.
But does that really pass the smell test? They always put the “gun” qualifier on the front of it. Taking away the guns from the equation doesn’t stop the violent criminals from being violent. It just makes the potential victims defenseless.
The violent crime rate in the UK is 9,360 per 100,000. The United States has a violent crime rate of 381 per 100,000. This means that you are nearly 25 times more likely to be a victim of a violent crime in England or Wales than you are to be one in the United States.
What about homicides, though? It’s impossible to compare the homicide rates of the US to other nations, mostly because definitions of homicide differ between the US and other countries. In the United States, there are three ways to die: Natural causes, homicide, suicide. If there is a death that wasn’t natural causes or a suicide, then it is a homicide. For the US, that comes out to about 7.8 homicides per 100,000 people.
Other nations don’t do that. In Australia, a death isn’t a homicide unless someone is arrested and charged with the killing. So if the killer commits suicide or is shot by law enforcement, the people that he killed are not considered to be homicide victims. This means that we can’t directly compare Australia’s reported homicide rate to the US, because the methodology is different.
In the UK, a killing isn’t a homicide until the crown court has ruled it to be a homicide. There is a substantial legal process to determine cause of death in suspected homicides, and the court must complete that process. If the court doesn’t find that there is compelling evidence that one person killed another, it isn’t a homicide. Since 1967, homicide figures for England and Wales have been adjusted to exclude any cases which do not result in conviction, or where the person is not prosecuted.
In short, the outlawing of guns doesn’t stop violent crime. There is no evidence that it stops people from killing each other, either.

Joe Biden wants to give a tax credit to half a million people so they can buy houses in distressed urban, suburban, and rural neighborhoods. This shows a complete lack of understanding how supply and demand works. Even worse, there are Republicans who are buying in to this idiocy.
Let me tell you how this plays out. If you want to skip to the short version, this tax credit will affect the price of homes in the same way that government tax credits and loans have affected college tuition, as well as the way that minimum wage increases and free COVID money affected the price of everything.
Throwing this money at people in the form of a tax credit to encourage home buying didn’t work when it was tried in the 90s, as evidenced by the economic crash of 2010. Throwing money at this simply increases the demand for houses, which at first drives up prices. Then, since this is a one time tax credit, the people who don’t make enough to make the payments get foreclosed on, which causes a ripple effect of other foreclosures and bankruptcies, which increases the supply side and drives down home prices.
Meanwhile, people like me who already own a few homes cash out at the inflated prices and wait for the housing bubble to burst and make a nice profit. I got caught on the bad side of that trade back in 2010 because the housing bubble bursting caused my hours and pay to be cut. This time, I will be ready for it.

Remember the time that Rush Limbaugh wanted to buy an NFL team, but the players union stated that they would refuse to play for him, so he got rejected? The reason he was rejected was for a statement like this:

There are those in the sports commentator ranks who have no problem attacking their own race to get their valid left wing street cred.
Rush still lived on to launch Donald Trump and put his permanent stamp on the Republican Party as one rooted in white grievance, bigotry, and incitement to violence.
This is the same attitude that saw football players taking a knee and calling the NFL the slave plantation. I’m over all of this. It’s time that the blacks of this nation stop appropriating white culture. We invented football. Let the Africans play African sports. What sport did they invent again?
Let them live in houses that were invented by Africans. They would all live in mud huts. Sub-Sahara African negroes have invented nothing: farming, building construction, sanitation, and sports are all beyond their capabilities. Art? African art looks like a preschooler’s Pla-Do sculpture of people screwing.
So let’s just agree to let blacks have their culture. What is their culture again? They can’t even do drive-by shootings and sell cocaine. Both of those were invented by whites as well. At least they will have ghetto apples, live in mud huts, and eat fried chicken. Oops, fried chicken was invented by whites as well. Holy shit, what did they invent again?
Still, I am at a point where I fully support Mendenhall’s position. It’s time that we segregate the black race from white society. Let the US negro have their own state. All of them can move there and live their lives steeped in their culture. No more welfare, jobs, food, or banking. Go. I can live without all of the things that blacks bring to the table: shootings, drug abuse, violence, and that horrible rap music. We will even let you have the NBA, even though you won’t have any money to pay your players because your fans won’t have money to buy tickets without EBT cards.

The Biden administration is removing the memorial statue in Arlington that was intended to mark the reconciliation between the Union and the Confederate states. The “reconciliation memorial” marks the center of the 3.5 acre Confederate section that is located on the west side of Arlington National Cemetery.
The burying of Confederate dead in Arlington was begun after the end of the Spanish American war by President McKinley as a way to attempt to heal the nation. The memorial was placed at the center of the Confederate section in 1910. Just wait until they begin digging up Confederate graves there.
This is yet another step in painting white males as the enemy. This is, I believe, a coordinated campaign to make white men into the enemy. This is the early stages of what will become an organized genocide. Replacement theory? Nope. This is elimination theory. We are going to be eliminated.

Another dancing monkey, Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters and Nirvana fame, proves that if it weren’t for double standards, the left would have no standards at all. Grohl used to attend concerts at “Rock Against Reagan” in the 1980’s, he was a staunch critic of Donald Trump, and has frequently complained and protested against Conservatives for being religious zealots, often in a profane and obnoxious manner.
He called the J6 protest “the craziest fucking shit I’ve ever seen in my life.” A classic Fudd, Grohl is an advocate for gun control. Shortly after the 2002 D.C. sniper attacks, he stated in an interview that the attacks were “an indication of the direction the country’s heading in if we don’t get tougher with gun laws… People need to realize that our country has to get tougher on gun laws, it just does, and I grew up in suburban Virginia going hunting in season. I grew up with a firearm myself. But I’d be willing to give it up, if everyone else would.”
Proving that most anti-gun celebrities are criminals, he famously admits to using weed and LSD. He was also a huge supporter of Barak Obama and of Biden, even playing at his 2021 inauguration.
He has also famously protested the right, calling them religious fanatics.
It’s easy to stand up to the man when you live in the US. What happens when you go to countries that don’t have the freedoms we do here? You bend the knee, of course. Here is this asshat playing in Abu Dhabi:
