This story came up about a man who is suing the Pasco County Sheriff’s office, claiming that they have been harassing him. He makes the claim that they have arrested him at least 6 times for county ordnance violations, but each time no charges were filed. I felt sorry for him, and pulled his court history, ready to call out the Sheriff’s office for harassing him.

It turns out that he is a liar, a pain in the ass, and the kind of guy no one wants for a neighbor. Yes, he has been arrested ten times by Pasco county, and it turns out that at least 6 of those cases involved ordnance violations. One for having grass that was at least a foot tall, with snakes observed crawling around the property. The others were for parking jet skis and other trailers all over the front yard of the property.

He wasn’t arrested in those cases for the ordnance violation. For those violations, he was issued a citation, which he refused to sign receipt for. Then he was arrested when he refused to appear in court. In another case, he was arrested for allowing other people’s children to smoke on his property without their parents’ knowledge. He was also arrested for furnishing his 16 year old child with marijuana. His son has 9 warrants out for his arrest. Yeah, real nice people there.

This also illustrates why you can’t trust the press. They lie and leave out details to push a false narrative. This lawsuit? In cases like this, the person suing should be forced to pay the Sheriff’s legal bill, and his lawyer should be fined for wasting the court’s time.

Guess the race of those involved:

• Two Bethune Cookman students are shot in Daytona, but won’t tell cops anything about the shooter.
• A woman points a S&W Shield with a 50 round drum magazine (wtf?) at a McDonald’s drive through worker, because they won’t sell her items not on the menu.

There is a company out there marketing black hoodies with a device built in that is designed to obscure the face of the wearer from identification on security cameras. Black hoodies that conceal the wearer from camera identification- who could that be marketed for?

I had a thief in my neighborhood do this using a flashlight. It’s effective.

With riot season, errr election season less than a year away, you can guess what this is for. So why not take a page from anti-gunners? The only use for this hoodie is to enable criminal activity, so anyone who has a criminal use this against them should sue the maker of this hoodie for enabling criminal activity.

That isn’t what the headline says. The headline says “Homeless man gets 10 years in prison for stealing clothes for warmth.” Until you read the article. He broke into a house to steal stuff. When the cops found him, he was in possession of methamphetamine. It wasn’t his first offense. He got 18 months for the burglary, and 8.5 years for the drugs. He had just gotten out of prison in December for drugs.

Is there anything that gets reported in the press that isn’t misleading or an outright lie?

He lost his kitchen manager’s job and ended up homeless and using meth. His (public defender) lawyer said Krumwiede does well, but then friends get him drugs. Yeah, that happens to me every time I lose my job- somehow, through no fault of my own, I find myself using drugs.

In fact, looking into this loser’s record, he has four previous felony convictions. This incident adds two more to that. He was kicked out of the Army in 2012 for drugs.

The only real bright spot in this story is a quote from the judge: “Why should the state of Michigan rehabilitate you? You’ve only been here for three years. You’ve done nothing but disrupt this community.”

If I was ever involved in a case where a restaurant worker did this to my food, the following video would be the only piece of evidence I would introduce at trial. I would probably walk.

A 4 year old died after he was shot in the face in Kissimmee. His father was likely the one who shot him.

His criminal record in Orange county shows 14 felony convictions for dealing drugs, 4 convictions for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and ten convictions for misdemeanor battery, domestic battery, domestic battery to a child, possession of drugs, and now he is facing another charge of possession of a firearm by a felon. So tell me, antigunners: how will making guns illegal keep this guy from having them, keeping in mind that drugs are illegal and he has no problems getting drugs wholesale to sell to others?

Other questions I would like answered: This guy has been a legal adult for 14 years. How in the hell is he walking around a free man with 18 felony and 10 misdemeanor convictions? He gets arrested two or three times a year. Consider that some of the J6 protesters are facing more than 20 years in prison for nothing more than trespassing in the Capitol.

Remember my advice: avoid places where blacks congregate. The risk is too high.

More information is coming out on the possible defensive shooting at an Applebee’s in Lady Lake, which is near the Villages. The decedent is Dishaun Marquis Hudson, DOB 3/10/1984:

All I could find on him was an arrest last year for domestic battery by strangulation and a request from Missouri for extradition from last January, and an arrest in Scott County Iowa. All records were sealed, but he does have a criminal record. That’s all I know of his history.

This is what is known about the shooting:

Hudson was seated at an outside patio table at the Applebee’s with a group of other people before walking out into the parking lot, where there was some sort of an altercation that involved at least three gunshots being fired before a vehicle left the scene.

After hearing the gunshots, customers still inside the restaurant fled out the back door. Hudson then walked around the building to the side door that employees use and entered the restaurant. Once inside, there was another altercation inside, during which Hudson reached into his pants. A man with a concealed weapons permit who was inside the restaurant shot Hudson, killing him.

The fact that police have released the name of the man who was shot and not the man who did the shooting probably means that the shooter is not a suspect.
