After reading this story at Gunfreezone, this sis the first thing that came to mind…
Crime
Gangs
A mass shooting between two groups of people is being reported this evening in Hollywood, FL. Several “teens” are reported to be involved. I read “teens” as gang members.
Avoid crowds. Stay away from cities. Keep your head on a swivel. Know two exits out of every place you go.
EDITED TO ADD:
It looks like this will not make the news cycle. Suspect is a black male with dreadlocks.

They Did It
Chicago is sending unarmed, yellow vested peacekeepers in to violent scenes, instead of police officers. The idea is that they will deescalate instead of use force.
If thereās unrest downtown or mass shootings elsewhere in Chicago this Memorial Day holiday ā often among the yearās most violent weekends ā a special team of 30 āPeacekeepersā wearing yellow vests will be mobilized to help calm things down, state officials said Tuesday.

Cops
Play Stupid Games…
Two guys in a car that was reportedly stolen in an armed carjacking. The cops do a high risk stop and notice that the driver has a gun in his waistband. They tell him to drop to the ground. He reaches for the gun, gets ventilated, then it turns out that the gun was a toy.
Some say that the cops overreacted, the guy heard “drop” and went to pull the pistol out to drop it on the ground when they were quick to shoot him. I think, “Don’t carjack people at knifepoint and carry a toy gun around in your waistband” What do you think?
Crime
Just a Piece of Paper
This old couple got a restraining order against their grandson. When he got out of prison, he ignored that piece of paper, went to their home and murdered his grandmother by beating her head in with a hammer. He then called the maid and expected her to clean up the crime scene. The maid was able to escape and contact police, but when they arrived, they found that the grandfather had arrived home, and the man had beaten him as well.
So wait, a retraining order didn’t work. Contacting the cops didn’t do too well, either. I mean, the maid flagged down a passing cop, and it took him so long to get there that the grandfather got home and was beaten by the suspect before they arrived.
So how did the judge respond? Let him out on bail, but not before giving him another piece of paper telling him not to return to the home to finish the job.
Florida is a gun friendly state. Having a gun in the house would have worked better in stopping him that a piece of paper.
Crime
Applebees
I first reported on the Applebee’s shooting back in March. There was a follow-up three days later. The story goes that our critter was seated at an outside patio table at the Applebeeās when he said something crude and disrespectful to a woman who was dining outside. The woman’s boyfriend told him to cut it out. Our critter then fired at least three gunshots in the air before pointing his gun at the couple’s car, who fled the scene in their car. Multiple witnesses saw the incident and the gun.
In response to the gunshots, customers that had seen the incident and shooting outside of the restaurant fled into the store, and the staff locked the door. Our critter then walked to the side door where an customer let him in to the store through an employees only entrance. When he got inside, he angrily asked customers in the store, “Why did you call the police?” and then said, “Do you want to see what is in my pockets?” As he began to pull things from his pockets, a man with a concealed weapons permit who was inside the restaurant shot our critter, killing him. No firearm was found on the body.
The latest is that the state has ruled that the shooting was a good defensive shooting, and no charges will be filed. That pisses the local liberals media off. There is a story and video here. You can judge for yourself.
To me, the standard is reasonable man. There was a crowd outside of the restaurant, who having seen what happened, fled into the store seeking cover from what they claimed was a shooting. The shooter then entered the store and began pulling objects from his pockets. With those facts and knowing that there have been a lot of mass shootings, I would have shot him as well.
I would like to know where the gun went. Multiple witnesses saw the gun and heard the shots. Where did it go?
Crime
Don’t Talk To Police
Shelby County, TN. A man hears noise outside of his house. He sees thieves in his car, trying to steal it and steps outside to confront them. The thieves begin shooting, so the homeowner fires back. At least 30 shots are fired during the firefight, but no one appears to have been hit.
The homeowner admitted to police that he had closed his eyes out of fear during at least part of the gun battle, so they arrested him for reckless endangerment. Note that they have made no effort to try and catch the actual criminals. That would be dangerous and cops want to collect their pensions.
Edited to add: This is Memphis. They have a slimeball of a leftist Democrat prosecutor who literally wrote a book on how Democrats could rig US elections, where he advocated for the Interstate compact, eliminating the electoral college, and eliminating the Senate filibuster to silence Republicans.
He also has been a huge motivator in the defund the police and LGTBQ movements. Heās written articles for SLATE, NEWSWEEK, THE NEW REPUBLIC, SALON, THE HILL, and the HUFFINGTON POST.
I trust him not one iota.
He is a slimeball communist.
The Shelby county sheriff is also a Democrat elected last year. The only platform statements I could find for him were “I want to be the first black Sheriff of Shelby county.”
Yeah, so they won’t try to entrap or misrepresent anything you say. I imagine it going down like this:

Effed Around, Found Out
I reported on prank videos where people stage fake crimes against unsuspecting victims so they can get more social media exposure. I predicted that such a prank in a CCW state would result in someone’s death. What do you know, an idiot in Tennessee who was staging robberies for Tik Tok views got shot and killed by a CCW holder.
The person who did the shooting should sue the people involved in the filming as well as Tik Tok for forcing him to go through the emotional trauma of being so afraid for his own life that he felt like he had to kill someone in order to save himself. Should be good for a few million bucks.
