It’s one of the occupational hazards of being a nurse. I seem to have caught one of the respiratory infections that’s been going around. I had a dry cough on Thursday and Friday. It developed from there to body aches and extreme fatigue. I couldn’t get out of bed for the entire weekend. I just slept for two days.

Still feel a bit tired, but at least I feel like I am on the backside of this. Posting resumes with the post about property taxes in Tampa.

Haha. Welcome to New Mexico (yea! rated the worse state in the Union by many knowledgeable organizations!). We have been dealing with this since December of last year: primarily driven as near as anyone can tell by the school system(s). Kid goes to school and becomes infected. Parents (or who/whom ever) picks them up and brings them home or to wherever. Vola! the vector and the dance goes on (and on and on). Even living in an isolated area (about 50 full time folks out here) are not immune. Good luck kicking the ‘crud’.
