It’s time to declare New York City to be in a state of rebellion.

Trump should:

  • Demand the Governor of New York bring her wayward city under control
  • If she fails to do so, declare the entire state of New York to be in a state of rebellion
  • Declare all New York congressional seats to therefore be vacant
  • Declare martial law in the states under rebellion and suspend habias corpus.
  • Ask the other sanctuary states if they would like to continue on their path

It won’t be the first time a Republican President did so.

Either that, or once the 2026 election has been lost (as it likely will be) states like Florida should simply declare Federal law to not be enforceable within their borders. Machine guns and missiles for everyone.

I am sure some federal judge will issue an injunction against Trump.

I’m 100% certain that the Hatians are free to return to Haiti and avoid the cruel, unjust and heartless laws that are the law and were decided by the people that actually built the civilisation that they are parasites on and ruining it.

Or have I missed something and they not only have a right to illegally enter the country but have a right which is greater than the Americans to benefits and money?

Hey…25 yrs after 9/11 and new York wants a sand nigger mayor…fuck em. You vote for that shit and you are also my enemy. I don’t care if that city burns to the ground. They can have their goat fucking call to prayer 5 times a day. New York can fuck the fuck off.

I seem to recall a lot of Southern Democrats saying essentially the same thing, 70 years ago or so. They were wrong then, Mamdani is wrong now.

I agree 100%. Even though it’s highly unlikely. I still believe all politics now are Kabuki theater. We’re just going through the motions of a failed state. Rowanda meets Yugoslavia here we come. I’ve got my machete and PSL. How about you?

Don’t these whack jobs read the constitution? It’s what the SCOTUS is supposed to do. The whole thing is about the word “Temporary” actually having a meaning and they can’t just decide that it means permanent. Justice Jackson Brown sounds like a junior high student. And Mayor Mad Mommy is so wrong on everything, they need to block him on everything.

That, and the law (which was passed by a majority Democrat congress, btw) says the President’s determination of the start and end of the temporary period cannot be reviewed by any court.

> declare the entire state of New York to be in a state of rebellion

It wouldn’t be the first time. New York City was openly pro-British during the Revolution, requiring General Washington to send occupation troops there to keep it from becoming a British stronghold with a good port and highway connections to the rest of the colonies.

Meanwhile, some of the other northern former-colonies were fighting each other more than against the British, trying to nip off bits of territory in petty border disputes. Vermont was right in the middle of all that, defending itself against predations from New Hampshire and New York. If you’re interested, two entry points would be “Green Mountain Boys” and “Vermont Republic.”

The Vermont Republic was more or less an informal military dictatorship under the Green Mountain Boys, mostly run by Ethan Allen’s family, and didn’t join the United States until 1791. The Vermont National Guard still flies the Green Mountain Boys’ battle flag.
