After thumbing his nose at the Federal government and refusing to follow federal law AND SCOTUS rulings, New York Mayor Mamdani has the nerve to file a lawsuit in Federal Court asking the Federal government to stop a company from operating in the city.

Delivery drivers. If I’m not mistaken those folks make a lot of money on tips, right?
If so, then it appears the employer is expecting the customers to fill in the void for not paying their employees, as they say, a working wage, right?
For the record, I’m almost never in favor of the gov’t being involved in things as it always seems to get worse not better.
If the employer and the employees are OK with the existing pay arrangement how is it anyone else’s business?
