This is Why I Don’t Debate Gun Control Any More

This boomer is afraid of guns and claims that she has a right to live in an area without having to be afraid of guns. She is opposed to constitutional carry. How can you reason or discuss things with people who do not use reason, facts, or logic to arrive at decisions, but instead use emotion, fallacies, and imagination?

This moron thinks that the killers in the recent mass shootings were using machine guns, so this means that “Congress needs to pass a law to make it unlawful to manufacture, own, or borrow, or use, any automatic rifle capable of firing multiple rounds of bullets simultaneously.”

But it’s no wonder that people are confused, when the press is deliberately trying to confuse the issue by claiming that you can order “the same gun used by the Uvalde shooter” on the Internet “no questions asked” while misleading readers on the paperwork and background checks that are carried out at your local dealer.

Even the government gets in on it, as Nina Jankowicz says the ‘Ministry Of Truth’ would have prevented the Uvalde shooting.

honestly, the older I get the more I believe the older style south american method for dealing with commies like this Swain is the best way.

Of all the utterly stupid statements of Candace Swain in this piece, this one stands out: “An intelligent person can avoid danger without weaponry.” Really? So not only is the author smarter than every person ever in possession of “weaponry”, but she’s also smarter than every person that ever failed to “avoid danger”. Wow, she must be smart, smarty, smart, smart! I mean, just otherworldly sharp! Either that or a complete dope.

And no sweetie, neither you or anyone else has a right to “feel safe”, that isn’t a thing. Your editorial comments only serve to prove to us all what an entitled, ignorant twat you are.

Boat anchors are beyond worthless at this point.
Shun anyone not at 11 on the Situational Awareness meter and not ready for reckless combat at any time.
Don’t waste any more minutes on those who don’t understand that a hostile internal enemy intends to burn this country to the ground by any means necessary.

You never could reason with a three year old. They lack the capacity. Don’t mistake their mental, emotional development on the basis of their physical appearance.

She looks smug, sanctimonious and stupid.

Dont know how it is in you neck of the woods but in a city where has been de facto no concealed carry for five decades and has among the strictest “gun control” in the nation my probability of been shot by someone with a legal right to own firearms is at least 100 times less than by someone with no legal right to carry firearms. All armed muggings / car jackings are by people with prior criminal records. Or criminal juveniles. Almost all murders by the same people.

Lock up criminals gun crime goes down. Release criminals gun crime goes up.

“Gun Control” is one of those great intelligence tests. There are a few good theoretical arguments but none apply to the real world of the US today. But that will never shut up the uninformed and stupid.

Another great intelligence test failure is someone riding alone in their car wearing a mask…

As noted above, you don’t argue with a 3-year-old. You tell them.

As I’ve told more than one “3-year-old in an adult body” – “Fnnn You, that’s why”. Granted, there is no longer room for debate, but they weren’t capable of debate to begin with.

The only reason to debate them at this point isn’t to convince them, but the onlookers.

Society is strangling on the Kruger-Dunning effect. Morons so uninformed and ignorant, they are unaware that they’re ignorant, never mind just how ignorant they are of the world. (e.g. “no one needs a 19 clip” whatever that is)

I tell them I don’t take pro-abortionists’ arguments about saving the children seriously and that they’re dishonest people.

That’s beautiful, man. I’ve expressed similar sentiments before, but I do like the succinctness of your rebuttal.

You know, at this point in time, the smart thing would be education. Alaska used to require hunter safety to graduate high school. We should start a mandatory firearms training course movement in the lower 48 among the freedom loving states.
I also would not be opposed to mandatory Guards service, either.
