So, it would be legal to use deadly force in this case. This shopkeeper would be within his legal rights to shoot this stupid, thieving bitch.

At that point, it becomes an issue of how badly the Soros DA want’s to go after the shopkeeper. We are no longer a nation of laws. Instead, we’re a nation of privilege, based upon where we fall in the pecking order.
Even though the cited Florida statute says the shopkeeper would be in the right, reality means that he would lose and/or spend hundreds of thousands defending himself.

That fact that the girl hoodbooger didn’t weigh 900lbs makes me suspect she’s a local Haitian Displaced Person. PBG has a pretty big contingent because it’s a short hop to the ‘Hood from there. The Outlet Mall area is dependent on foreign tourist shopping excursions that get bussed up from Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. they have concierge service available for bus tours. This isn’t a good look for them. Brazilian shopping excursion tours are not famously tolerant of anyone who doesn’t pass the Paper Bag Test, and will vote with their feet to avoid a place where preitos shop too. That was the death of the Wellington Mall, which used to host wealthy South Americans and their dollars.
