Wayne: I can no longer find the second story that referenced increased security to secure against "domestic terrorism" from "white supremacists" needing to be permanent. Sorry. Don't know why I can't find it.

I believe ALL Federal Prisons are on lockdown for 'external' reasons… not 100% on this and too tired from vacay to double check.
