In a suburb of Chicago, groups of “Teens” display firearms and cash.
I wonder if all of them have an Illinois FOID. The local police have this to say.

While this video is disturbing, there does not appear to be any direct threat to the general public.
I’m guessing the claim here is these “teens” are using these guns for deer hunting and not for criminal gang activity.

Law abiding people in these same states freaking out over every sight, mod, stock, or grip because any one of them might turn the **exact** same gun into 5 years in federal prison on 1st offense, with the cops coming over to shoot their kids and pets when they storm the house to arrest them over a barrel that is a quarter inch too short, but these “teens” can literally walk around like this, knowing police do not care in the slightest and won’t do a thing to find or prosecute them. The criminal gang members know those laws exist, they simply do not care because there are no consequences.

yeah, it shit like this that made me want to get out of Philly. one thing about the teens with guns
I have found out back there. they do not do well when it becomes a 2 way range.
most can not hit shit with their weapons. it is rare to find one with more than one magazine of ammo. and they will shoot anything for no reason just to see if it works (?)
I seen grown ass “men” at the range and they tend to have “problems” hitting the target at 7 yards ? this is their “culture “. yup. the “need” to get and have street cred. have standing in their world so to say.
does it make sense, no. but it is what it is.
I figured out years ago the best thing was distance from them. where I am now , there are very few near us at all. but go into the closest large city and there are a few you will see around. what we have near by is damn drug addicts and drunks. too many of them for my taste to tell the truth. good thing is I live with damn great neighbors that watch out for each other here. and we are all armed as the sheriff is a good 40 minutes away
so, taking care of “problems” is a local thing. we tend to like it that way too.

When I was broke and living in a shitty apartment in the ghetto, the closest range to me was across the street from the 33rd street jail. There were some teens in there shooting, and the only conclusion I could reach was the safest place to be when they start shooting was standing still directly in front of them about 20 feet away. They couldn’t hit shit. I’m talking a 15 round mag dump with no A zone hits, and only about 5 or six holes on the paper.
