In honor of our loss of one of the greatest speakers of my lifetime, I present to you Rush Limbaugh’s quote of the week:
The people that make this country work, the people who pay on their mortgages, the people getting up and going to work, striving in this recession to not participate in it, they’re not the enemy. They’re the people that hire you. They’re the people that are going to give you a job.
For decades, the left has demanded that people who own guns be required to take classes on safe handling and storage of firearms. Now, if you take that training, they will use it against you.

The left has taken a picture of a group of people at the range to mean that they participated in paramilitary training. Our blogshoot, like any common day at the range, looked a lot like this.
By this standard, I would be screwed.
The press is angry that the people accused of crimes in the Washington DC incident of January 6 are entitled to the same Constitutional rights as anyone else who has been accused of a crime. Apparently, if you are opposed to the blatant stealing of an election by the Democrats, you are not allowed to protest, nor are you permitted an attorney when accused of a crime.
So now Sesame Street decides to “develop a groundbreaking racial justice educational framework” by adding black and Spanish muppets to discuss racism. Here is the statement from the company:

This is programming your kids to follow the new “woke” religion that this new dictatorship is based upon. This is pure manipulation. Why couldn’t the show simply stick to teaching letters and numbers, like they have done for decades?
Oral Roberts University has made it to the “Sweet 16” in the “March Madness” tournament, meaning that they are among the best 16 Men’s College Basketball teams. Only, USA today feels that they should be prohibited from competing in NCAA sports because their religious beliefs condemn homosexuality.
The message is clear: If you don’t toe the “woke” communist line, you will be cancelled.
The California supreme court has now held that only people who can afford it must pay bail. Poor people can walk out without paying a dime.
Before you ban guns, please remember that many of the people that you are planning on coming after have been professional killers for decades. Years ago, I got an offer to work for Blackwater. I turned it down. Several of my friends did not. They spent the next 24 months in Iraq and Afghanistan as contractors. In case you don’t know, that is a government euphemism for mercenaries. They were killing Taliban for fun and profit.
Pick this fight, and these professional killers will bring a war to your doorstep the likes of which this nation hasn’t seen in a century and a half.
The President says that there is not one thing that a man can do, that a woman cannot do better. Not one.
So I guess that is why the US Army has made passing their physical fitness test easier, now allowing “planking” because pull ups and leg tucks were too difficult for women.
If you dare open a restaurant against the illegal orders of the governor, you will be jailed and your business closed down, without trial. The cops are just “following orders” and arrested her. The straw that broke the camel’s back was that she appeared on TV and talked about it. They had to make an example of her.
This is no longer America. This will continue to get worse.
An employee of Peachtree City’s A OK Walker Autoworks quit in November. His former boss was not happy about it, and refused to issue the final paycheck. After months of back and forth, the employee went to the Georgia Department of Labor and filed a complaint. Soon thereafter, the former employee found a mound of over 90,000 pennies on the end of his driveway with a pay stub on top. The pennies had all been covered in grease.
The owner of the garage refuses to admit that he was the one who did it, but the business posted this on their social media page:
I am certain that this guy is a great boss, and it was a joy to work there. If this is the childish and vindictive way he treats former employees, just imagine how well he treats his customers.
Since he is now not admitting that the grease soaked pennies were his doing, I would guess that he still owes the employee his final paycheck.
