Election Evidence Rejected

The Arizona report is done. They weren’t allowed access to voting machines, software, or any other details. I call shenanigans. There are three things that I believe about the 2020 election:

  1. Joe Biden is the President, and the results of the election are not going to change.
  2. There is enough evidence of shenanigans for me to believe that the election was stolen and Biden didn’t win the election
  3. Now that the first two things are true, the 2020 election is evidence that there will never again be another free and fair election in this country

The answer that we always get is that there is no evidence that the election was stolen. Even when evidence is provided, they dismiss it as ‘flawed’ and then claim that none exists. If the election was on the up and up, then why would the Democrat party spend so much effort in preventing a recount?

Unintended Consequences

A judge in Florida has ruled that, since immigration is covered under Federal law, it is unconstitutional for state and local police to assist Federal authorities in enforcing that law, even to the point that they cannot hand illegal immigrants over to Federal authorities. It also allows the creation of Sanctuary cities:

Consistent with the Court’s Omnibus order on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment, Defendants are PERMANENTLY ENJOINED from enforcing the Transport Requirement, Fla. Stat. § 908.104(4), because this statutory provision is preempted by federal immigration law and is therefore unconstitutional.

The unintended part comes here: In light of this ruling, what other laws would be exclusively preempted by Federal law, thus making them outside of local jurisdiction? Gun laws? Marijuana? Drug laws? Considering that Federal law is so broad, this ruling makes virtually every state law and ordinance unconstitutional, while making local and state police virtually powerless.

Perhaps that’s been the plan all along. Seize Federal power, then declare the states to be powerless.

The Purge Continues

I recently asked “Can you imagine how that would go today?” about a sailor who was brought up on charges for saying he was “on the pussy watch” while serving as the sentry in front of the women’s barracks. Well, now we know. Anyone in the military who is accused of sexual harassment will be summarily discharged, as the military will have civilian oversight that will investigate charges of sexual harassment:

For sexual harassment cases, it also calls for independent trained investigators and the mandatory discharge of those who engage in sexual harassment.

I once had a boss who gave us a sexual harassment class. He summed it up perfectly: “Sexual harassment is whatever the woman says it is.” Of course, he said that back in the 90’s. Today, the accuser will also be one of the LGTBQHRY… mafia. Say anything that a person under your command doesn’t like, and your career is over.

Now that isn’t to say that all claims of sexual harassment are bogus. Some men are pigs who will use rank to get sexual favors. However, the vast majority of sexual harassment complaints are not because of that. The vast majority are for perceived slights that exist more in the mind of the accuser than anywhere else.

This is just another tool that will be used to eliminate those who are politically unreliable from the ranks of the military.

Emails, and the chain of command

According to Newsweek, Americans were emailing Pence and asking him to remove Trump from office by using the 25th Amendment. So? Which Americans? Why does that matter?

Now knowing what we know about Milley telling military leaders to ignore the President’s orders, Trump had already been removed from office in all but name. That was why Pence was the one ordering the National Guard into the Capitol.

Because the Washington, DC area is a Federal District, the General in charge of the unit answers only to the President of the United States. This authority to activate the D.C. National Guard has been delegated by the President, to the Secretary of Defense, who has further delegated to the Secretary of the Army.  Note that the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs is not anywhere in that chain of command, nor is the Vice President.

The D.C. National Guard is the only National Guard unit, out of all of the 54 states and territories, which reports only to the President. Any orders given to the Commanding General of the Washington, DC National Guard by any other entity or individual are not lawful orders. Why is that important?

On January 6 at 3:30 pm, Vice President Pence ordered the activation of the DC National Guard.  The Vice President is nowhere in the military chain of command, and as I pointed out, doesn’t have the power to order the DC national guard to do anything. Anyone who obeyed these orders was doing so without lawful authority. Those orders were not lawful orders.

No matter who sent emails to the Vice President.

Thoughts on J6 trials

The government is dragging its feet and burying the defense attorneys in evidence. The idea is to delay trials and force plea deals. At least one judge is concerned about the right to a speedy trial. One of the things that really bug me about these articles is how they always mention that the J6 protesters entered the Capitol in a “military stack” formation, because they held on to each other to avoid being separated as they entered.

You know who else travels in a military stack formation?

Oh shit. Kindergarten commandos in a military stack formation.

One couple from Central Florida has been languishing in jail while awaiting trial.

All of this is being done to arm twist the defendants into accepting plea deals. The people involved have already spent more time in jail awaiting trial than they would have by pleading guilty. In fact, this guy just accepted a plea deal, and he will still be sitting in jail until late January. The crime he plead guilty to carries a maximum of six months in jail. Kelly agreed to a deal pleading guilty to one count of parading and demonstrating inside the Capitol, and will likely be released with time served and a fine.

According to the article, the government claims that Kelly broke a window to break into what he thought was the White House. There are a few problems with this. First, if he thought he was breaking into the White House, there is no way that he could be guilty of conspiring to interrupt the count of the electoral college votes. Second, he didn’t break a window to enter. Here is the picture provided by the DOJ, showing him walking in through the door:

On top of that, he wasn’t too interested in doing anything like hunting for Senators. He was more interested in taking pictures and texting.

This entire thing is bullshit.

Side note: Be careful when out shooting. Do not take pictures. The government will use that to make it seem as though you are training to be a member of the militia Delta force.

Biden cutting off COVID medication to southern states

The Biden Administration, through the Federal Department of Health and Human Services, has cut off the shipment of monoclonal antibodies to Texas, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, Louisiana and Alabama because of a claimed shortage. The federal government and mainstream media are promoting the restriction as “staving off shortages” due to “dwindling supplies.”

However, you will note that all seven of the states have Republican governors. One of those, Florida, is the governor that Biden threatened just last week. If you remember, he made the statement:

If they’ll not help, if these governors won’t help us beat the pandemic, I’ll use my power as president to get them out of the way.

Make no mistake, Joe Biden and the rest of his administration is at war with the citizens of this country. This decision WILL kill people. This is every bit as despicable as providing small pox infected blankets. This is a deliberate attack against the citizens of the southern US.

If it’s administered within ten days of the initial infection, the treatment can reduce the need to hospitalize a COVID patient by 70 percent, according to medical experts. Governor Desantis has been recommending the treatment since August. My mother and brother both received the treatment and recovered fully with only minor symptoms.

Now the President is using medicine to conduct biological warfare against the south. The first civil war started over much less.

Factions and the Power Struggle

In the old Soviet Union, there was a constant power struggle between factions. There were three main centers of power in that country, and after bloody infighting, they wound up in an uneasy truce, sharing the power of the entire nation. That is why the Kremlin was guarded by three different forces, each one loyal to a different faction.

I think that the Conservative Treehouse is on to something. The US government (and to some extent, the political parties) is fractured and the factions are struggling for power. For convenience, let’s just go with what CT began with, but make a few tweaks:

♦ TEAM One – The Department of State is aligned with the CIA. Their media PR firms are the majority of the MSM, most of Big Tech (Facebook, Alphabet, Twitter, etc.), and the Washington Post. Their ideology is favorable to the United Nations. Their internal corruption is generally driven by relationship with foreign actors. Members of Team One: Hillary Clinton, Clinton Global Initiative, Muslim Brotherhood, Samantha Powers, Susan Rice, Cass Sunstein, Brookings Institute, Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Council on Foreign Relations, the NFL, NBA, and a majority of the Federal Bureaucracy (Dept of Ed, Energy, HUD, etc).

♦ TEAM Two – The White House is aligned with the Pentagon (DoD) and National Security Council (NSC). Their media PR firms include Fox News, The Wall St Journal, and other “right wing” news sources. New York Times, Politico, etc. Their internal corruption is generally driven by domestic influence. Members of Team Two: Barack Obama, George Bush, Dan Quayle, Mike Pence, Wall St, Big Banks, Multinational Corporations, Defense Contractors, FBI, most of the Judicial Branch, Nancy Pelosi, the “Never Trump” wing of the Republican Party, and Mitch McConnel.

The Trump Presidency really made both teams angry. Since he was not an insider and thus not a part of either team, this represented a threat to both teams. He HAD to go. In a rare show of unity, they united to eliminate the threat he represented. He really wasn’t a great President and had his flaws, but he really pissed off both sides, and this was fun to watch. His Presidency was the last hope of avoiding the takeover of one team or the other, it just came too late.

China has its hands in both teams. They are the funding behind both teams, and are stirring the pot. We know that they are also funding dissidents in this country, so it isn’t so far fetched to think that they are funding BLM and Antifa. China doesn’t care who wins, as long as there is discord in the US. If the US is made weaker, China gets to do what it wants on its side of the world without concern for US interference.

The American people, you will note, are not involved in this power struggle. If they will care enough to get involved remains to be seen.

What I can’t figure out is where some of the more minor players fit. AOC, BLM, and Antifa are good examples of those who appear to not be a part of either team, but still have some influence in the game. Perhaps there is a third team here at play?

I was right

Now it comes out that I have been right about the US President being ousted by a coup from within our government. The entire thing was orchestrated by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and the Speaker of the House, in concert with, and at the direction of, the Chinese government.

In July 2020, I warned that there was an apparent Communist insurgency attempting to overthrow the US government in what appeared to be a coup that was following the CIA’s insurgency manual. (That manual can be found on the “Training Manuals” link at the top of the page)

I posted about this coup for months. In fact, I was talking about it as early as 2019.

In December, I posted that opinion over at the “View from North Central Idaho” and other bloggers laughed it off.

On January 7, I made the following observations:

  • Trump had his email and Social Media access cut off because the Obamas ordered it.
  • The Vice President ordered the activation of the National Guard
  • Republicans quickly abandoned and distanced themselves from President Trump

I saw this and came to the conclusion that the only way the orders given by Pence would be lawful was that President Trump had successfully been deposed and overthrown in a coup.

Time magazine later admitted to rigging the election.

“General Li, I want to assure you that the American government is stable and everything is going to be okay,” Milley said. “We are not going to attack or conduct any kinetic operations against you.”

“General Li, you and I have known each other for now five years,” Milley added. “If we’re going to attack, I’m going to call you ahead of time. It’s not going to be a surprise.”

After the calls, Milley ordered his top service chiefs to monitor everything “all the time,” contacted Paul Nakasone, director of the National Security Agency, and said, “Needles up … keep watching, scan,” and told then-CIA Director Gina Haspel, “Aggressively watch everything, 360.”

“Milley was overseeing the mobilization of America’s national security state without the knowledge of the American people or the rest of the world,” the book states.

The US government has fallen. We are now fully owned and administered by the Chinese Communist Party.

I don’t buy it

So I can believe that there are swastika wearing idiots who identify with the right. It isn’t like I am going to claim that it’s impossible that a guy like that could exist.

I just don’t believe this story. We are expected to believe that a person can drive from California to Washington, DC with no plates, his truck covered in swastikas, and not one cop pulled him over? An Internet search for the guy finds nothing but the story from DC. Nothing on social media, no criminal record, nothing. It’s like the guy didn’t exist before today.

It just stinks.

We are on our own

The list of those who are exempt from the vaccine mandate grows:

Meanwhile, OSHA doesn’t have enough inspectors to enforce this. Not by a long shot. So what this will become is another weapon to allow businesses to be targeted for political reasons. I am sure that OSHA will be all over Mypillow.com.

The fix is already in. So called “legal and Constitutional experts” are already lining up to say that the courts are going to let this stand. Once it does, the precedent will allow the President to enact almost any mandate he decides to.
