This isn’t about crimes, nor is it about the law. This is about using the law to destroy someone whose only real crime is to not be a leftist piece of shit. It’s OK though, because the left is only doing this to preserve democracy and destroy fascism.
He is persona non grata, and an enemy of the state. They will stop at nothing to destroy him. This is all about keeping him out of the White House.
As I have said before:
The left simply won’t allow Trump to return to the Oval Office. The Federal Bureaucrats simply can’t allow it, or he will begin swinging the metaphorical budget slashing machete. Should Trump regain the Presidency, a lot of Federal careers will come to an end- perhaps even entire departments.
The left simply HATES Trump, and will see him dead before he is permitted back into the White House. They can’t let Trump ruin their communist takeover.
For those reasons, expect violence when lawfare doesn’t work. Perhaps Trump will even be assassinated. I don’t think that they are desperate enough to take him out like Sadat was killed, but I don’t see Trump ever again being President.
Once he is out of the way, the left begins working their way down the list.
Last May, this dyke cop pulls a gun on a man who called 911 after he had another man threaten him with a gun. Here is a short summary of the story.
If you want to know why the cops there are such assholes, simply advance to the 5:20 mark of the video and listen to how the Police Chief addresses the man who was there to file a complaint, then threatens him with yet another arrest.
Finally, after the above video was released, the cops released investigation materials and announced that the cop had been fired. I’m guessing that was because the cops knew at this point that they were in deep shit, so they needed a sacrificial lamb.
Watch the video of her internal affairs interview that includes her body cam footage and hear the following exchange:
LesboCop: “I’m detaining you.”
Guy: “For what crime?”
LesboCop: “Because you don’t want to listen.”
Guy: “That’s not a crime. You’re fucked. Are your bodycams on?”
Guy: “You don’t get to tell me what to do.”
LeboCop: “Yes I do.”
and therein lies the problem. Cops think that because they have a badge and a gun, that they are our masters whose commands must be obeyed. Before you get into the whole “resisting an officer” thing, you should note that a person can’t resist an officer in the LAWFUL performance of their duties. If what the officer is doing is unlawful, there can be no crime for resisting them. We know that what she did was unlawful, because the cops admitted to that when they fired her for her unlawful actions.
She yells for him to drop the phone, then draws a gun on him when he refuses. There is nothing here that would indicate that drawing a firearm on him was appropriate. Watch her body cam video. He obeyed every one of her commands. Her problem was that he wasn’t showing the proper amount of deference and boot licking.
As soon as they display that they are treating you as a suspect, you should immediately say, “I am not answering any questions without a lawyer present.” Then shut the fuck up. There is no reason to EVER talk to a cop. The risks are too high.
She claims that she acted this way because someone on scene may have had a gun, and she wasn’t sure who had it. Her excuse?
“It’s never easy when you know there is a gun out there.”
Note that she never searched the guy who she was so concerned was armed that she drew down on him and placed him in cuffs, yet once they got to the guy who DID have a gun and matched the description of the guy with the gun, they didn’t draw on him. This wasn’t about a gun- this was about demanding that people kiss their ass because they are so brave. Now that we have permitless carry in Florida, expect unhinged cops like this to get worse.
This slot licking dyke then makes fun of the man’s nail polish and later tells her sergeant on camera: “Fuck that guy.” Totally unprofessional and unhinged. She is then asked by the sergeant: “Did anyone go talk to the other party?” (you know, the guy who actually DID have the gun that she was claiming as the cause of her unhinged behavior?) and she replied that no one had yet done so.
Then the guy who had brandished the gun had his gun taken and was allowed to leave the scene without charges. You know why? Because the cops don’t care if you commit a crime, as long as you lick the boots.
Why do I keep mentioning that the cop is a dyke? Because she was fired as a result of her unhinged handling of this incident, and is now claiming that she was fired because she is a lesbian. By the end of the interview, she began crying and blamed her behavior on stress and adrenaline, proving that she doesn’t have the temperament to be a cop.
To the supervisor’s credit, he drove the victim to Red Lobster, bought him lunch, then took him home. Why? Because they knew that they had fucked up.
Every other cop that was there is a bad cop. The department found that this cop violated the law and department procedure to the point that she was fired. Every other cop who was there should have received discipline for seeing her behavior and not only standing there, but actively assisting her in depriving this man of his rights- they left him in handcuffs for over four hours, despite them knowing that he hadn’t violated the law. Not only that, the dyke falsified his arrest report. There should be criminal charges here.
This was a bad cop, and everyone knew it. She used her police database access to stalk her lesbian lover’s ex, she left her department issued AR-15 in her patrol car, which was burglarized and the rifle stolen, and she had a previous incident exactly like the one that is the subject of this post. Despite all of this, she was allowed to keep her job earning over $100K per year.
When they finally did talk to the guy with the gun, the guy was allowed to sit in a chair and calmly answer questions. Security video showed that the guy with the gun was the aggressor. The dyke was calm and bordering on kind to the guy with the gun.
She then turned off her body camera. I maintain that any cop who turns off the body camera during an investigation, that investigation should by law be considered in automatically result in the cops entire testimony be disregarded.
This guy’s mistake was in calling the cops. At this point, they are to be considered to be unpredictable loose cannons who are just as likely to make a situation worse as they are to solve the problem. I can’t imagine a reason for calling the cops at this point.
On a side note that speaks to tactics- These cops were so focused on the guy who was arguing with them, that they ignored the reported gun that was on scene, even though they had been called about an armed individual. An ambusher could have wiped out all three of these idiots. That detail may be important someday.

How can the people unable to read at a 6th grade level overlap with the people that have gone to, and in some cases graduated from, college? The answer is simple- education is failing us by charging money without delivering the finished product.
I am about to finish my latest Bachelor’s Degree. This one will be in nursing. The majority of the classes (all but one) had nothing to do with nursing or actually delivering health care. No, the college classes I took concentrated on the following the format of APA citations. Use a comma in a footnote, when you should have used a period? That gets you a C on the paper.
College is largely a useless waste of time. The only reason why I even bothered to get the BSN is that my employer paid for it, and promised me a 7% raise for finishing it.
The case at hand centered on Carbajal-Flores, who was “charged with possession of a firearm while illegally or unlawfully in the United States.” He had a handgun in his possession “in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois,” on June 1, 2020. He was charged for being a non-citizen in possession for a firearm.
Question 21l on the 4473 asks if the buyer is an alien illegally in the United States. The law in question is 922(g), which is the same law that prohibits felons, fugitives from justice, veterans with dishonorable discharges, citizens who have renounced their citizenship, people who are under a domestic violence restraining order, and those who have been convicted of domestic violence form owning firearms. Are we to believe that all of those people are now permitted to own firearms?
The court ruled that it is unconstitutional to prohibit someone who has never been convicted of a felony, a violent crime, or a crime involving the use of a weapon from owning a firearm. Think about the implications.
Now consider that this is the first time a Second Amendment court decision that affirms someone’s right to own a firearm hasn’t been protested by the left. Why is that? It’s because the left isn’t antigun. They are anti-people that they don’t like owning guns. Since they love everyone, including brown people, their own security details, and others who follow leftist orders, and hate themselves some white people, any gun decision that favors illegals is something the left will support.
Illegals with guns will be the left’s foot soldiers in the coming Civil War. Picture the military aged males pouring across the border, mostly with military equipment. Now ask yourself what’s going on here.
Now combine that with the man in Plant City, Florida who tried to buy a firearm while there was an ATF agent in the gun store. The agent believed that the man smelled like marijuana, so he ordered the gun store to deny the sale, even though the man had passed a background check for the handgun and denied that he was under the influence of marijuana. In a case earlier this month, the DOJ argued:
Because they are not responsible citizens, unlawful drug users and addicts do not have a Second Amendment right to possess firearms.
How is it possible that a person who uses drugs is not a responsible citizen, and can thus be denied the right to keep and bear arms, but an illegal alien, who is neither responsible nor a citizen, has Second Amendment rights?
The answer is simple: your government is at war with you. They are using the law and your rights as weapons against you.
First, he has been missing for four days. Facing facts, he is more than likely dead. My guess is that he fell in the river, which also explains why his body hasn’t been found. The family understandably wants to believe that he is well, and is simultaneously looking for answers. They are looking in the wrong places.
He went with a fraternity on a “conference,” but let’s be honest- fraternities are not know for being studious, serious student organizations. They are drinking clubs that involve imbibing to excess.
The family blames the bar for tossing him out when they saw that he was intoxicated, despite the fact that bars are required to do so. They are also blaming the bar for not calling him a cab.
I wish that, number one, they would’ve just called him an Uber or cab, or, I mean, something or waited for their friends, let him wait for his friends,
When Strain was tossed from the bar for being too drunk, his friends didn’t look out for him. The family is passing this off as “they were paying their bar tab, or something,” that isn’t what likely happened. They continued to party, and he walked off.
The family blames passersby for not stopping to help him. That is ridiculous. It isn’t everyone else’s responsibility to look out for a fully grown man who is too immature to look out for himself. His poor decisions do not place any sort of burden on anyone else.
And I wish that somebody on the street would have helped him, just anyone. There were so many people; somebody has to know something. He would have helped anyone.
They are even asking country music star Luke Bryan to help look for him.
Luke was one of the guys Riley kind of looked up to, so we would love if he could help us get video footage of what went on inside that bar and right outside of it. So, Luke, help us, please
Summing it up, the missing man used very poor judgement. He went out drinking, had far too much to drink, his “friends” didn’t look out for him, and now the family is blaming everyone except the one person who could have changed this outcome.
On a related note, the story mentions that Nashville has a government job called the “Director of Nightlife.” This strikes me as stupid, and just the sort of useless bureaucratic nonsense jobs that government likes to foist upon the rest of us. It apparently pays more than $150k a year. He doesn’t look like the sort of guy who knows anything about nightlife.
The FPC is doing a great job as a no nonsense gun rights organization. They and the Second Amendment Foundation are kicking ass and taking names.
The FPC is truly doing the heavy lifting that the NRA should have been doing for decades, but were busy paying for Wayne LaPierre’s wardrobe and NetJet account. Just last week, I got another email asking me to join the NRA, even though I have been a life member for more than 20 years.
Right now, they are arguing in a Delaware case, with the state trying to set the stage for a complete semi-auto ban.
They are trying to set up a run at all semi-automatic weapons.
