I don’t understand why people get so upset at Biden (Or whoever is actually in charge) for his executive actions. This has been done by every President, Dem and Repub, for at least 30 years. I know its getting worse but it appears all the pols and judges and people of this country if you are in whichever presidents party when he does it think its just fine that the president is now a de facto Emperor. That’s why so called conservatives are losing, they only get turned on at national presidential elections looking for their messiah. They abstain from local and states elections in general, look at the turnout numbers and never seeing that there isn’t a messiah coming and wont be anymore ever since they allowed elections to be rigged.

I don’t think that EO’s should be used to create new laws. I was against it when GW did it, and when Trump did it (bump stocks). The executive isn’t supposed to make laws or regulations. I think that Congress should not be able to delegate its powers to the executive, no matter what enabling clauses they pass.

I concur DM. Makes you wonder why we can understand all this and could fix it if we were in power. But they cant seem to. Which tells me they dont want to. I believe that we could have a national lottery every 2 years where every legal, working, non felon citizen gets a number. If you are drawn you will be the congress for the next 2 years. And they could do a far better job than any of the idiots that are elected in this country.
