I used to live outside Roch-cha-cha. Surprising, its a good community, aside from the blue hive melanated individuals. That some nuthob from Syracyse would drive 2 hours…? Like that nuthob who shot up the grocery store in Buffalo? We need to ban Syracuse!! (/sarc) Go postal in your own town, why you gotta drive across the state?

Between fires, steam explosions, and electrical problems, it’s clear NYCs utilities need attention.
Of course, that isn’t surprising since they have lots of other problems.
