G. Gordon Liddy

I used to listen to the G. Gordon Liddy radio program, back in the 90’s, at about the same time I discovered Limbaugh. I tuned in almost every day. The thing that he said that I remember the best was during the Waco seige: “The ATF letters on their body armor make a great aiming point for a good rifle.”

Liddy will be remembered for being many things. Like most people, he was complicated and not many people know the entire person. Perhaps his wife of 53 years and their five children knew him best. Mr. Liddy died yesterday, he was 90 years old, and I have no doubt that he was a patriot. I cannot say the same thing about his son, who was a big part of the stolen election of last year.

Training is now prohibited

For decades, the left has demanded that people who own guns be required to take classes on safe handling and storage of firearms. Now, if you take that training, they will use it against you.

EDITED TO ADD:

The left has taken a picture of a group of people at the range to mean that they participated in paramilitary training. Our blogshoot, like any common day at the range, looked a lot like this.

By this standard, I would be screwed.

Now Sesame Street

So now Sesame Street decides to “develop a groundbreaking racial justice educational framework” by adding black and Spanish muppets to discuss racism. Here is the statement from the company:

All kids need a strong individual and group identity, but racism hurts the healthy development of both. Racism hurts our entire society. Whether you and the children in your care are directly affected by racism or you’re allies of those who are, engaging honestly and directly with little ones is the beginning of building racial literacy (the skills needed to talk thoughtfully about race and to identify and respond to racism). Here are resources to develop children’s understanding, curiosity, resilience, and empathy—and to prepare for the task of building a better world by standing up, standing tall, and standing together.

This is programming your kids to follow the new “woke” religion that this new dictatorship is based upon. This is pure manipulation. Why couldn’t the show simply stick to teaching letters and numbers, like they have done for decades?

Dear Liberals

Before you ban guns, please remember that many of the people that you are planning on coming after have been professional killers for decades. Years ago, I got an offer to work for Blackwater. I turned it down. Several of my friends did not. They spent the next 24 months in Iraq and Afghanistan as contractors. In case you don’t know, that is a government euphemism for mercenaries. They were killing Taliban for fun and profit.

Pick this fight, and these professional killers will bring a war to your doorstep the likes of which this nation hasn’t seen in a century and a half.

Women and men?

The President says that there is not one thing that a man can do, that a woman cannot do better. Not one.

So I guess that is why the US Army has made passing their physical fitness test easier, now allowing “planking” because pull ups and leg tucks were too difficult for women.
