If she thinks the condo tower is a scary costume, wait until she meets the homeowner’s association. A proper nightmare.
And permits for a protest? Fuck right off with that noise. BLM (beachfront lots matter) doesn’t need a permit! Now make sure the local stores are well stocked. When the protest-turned-riot kicks off there better be plenty of good shit to loot.
