First Amendment

If the government pays a burglar to break into your house to see what you have, then the police use that evidence to arrest you, they have just violated your right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure.

If the government pays a private contractor to burn down your church, or throw you in prison, or even prevent you from publishing books, your rights have been violated. It doesn’t matter if a business did it, especially if they did it at the behest of the government. If the government and businesses work together to deprive their citizens of rights, that is fascism. In fact, that is EXACTLY what Mussolini did.

With all that being said, the Biden administration has passed a regulation that bans the sale or distribution of books written by certain people, and they are getting the world’s largest book seller to enforce it.

This is a clear violation of the First Amendment, and was even used as an example during oral arguments in the Heller case. It was Chief Justice Roberts who asked “Would it be constitutionally acceptable for a municipality to ban books as long as newspapers—a viable substitute source of expression—were still legal?” The answer is no, of course.

How far we have come since then.

Listen

Do you want to know what is coming here in the US? All you have to do is listen. On August 26, Biden told Democrats that, “The MAGA Republicans don’t just threaten our personal rights and economic security… They’re a threat to our very democracy. They refuse to accept the will of the people. Trump and the extreme MAGA Republicans have made their choice — to go backwards full of anger, violence, hate, and division. But we’ve chosen a different path forward, the future, unity, hope and optimism.”

Then, just last week, the White House Press Secretary said that anyone who doesn’t agree with Democrats is an extremist.

The President himself then sent this message out on social media.

The NY Times is comparing the American right to ISIS and the Taliban. The Times goes on to call the grievances of the right “either wild exaggerations or outright fantasies — antifa supersoldiers, totalitarian globalists, satanic pedophiles.”

Now word comes out just today that Hillary Clinton said 9/11 is a reminder US must ‘deal with extremism of any kind.’ Then the reporter asked Clinton, “All of America’s elected officials really genuinely put party aside and came together after those attacks. Would that be possible today?”

“Well, I hope that it will be, and I give President Biden a lot of credit for trying to continue to reach out to people while still sounding the alarm about the threats to our democracy,” Clinton responded.

So the party that spent the four years of the Trump presidency screaming ‘resist’ and ‘not my President’ while simultaneously doing all that they could to oppose Trump’s policies is, now that their party is in the Oval Office, demanding that the entire country fall in line behind the President.

That isn’t how this works. Still, Clinton went on: “So we are in a funny position, Dana, because there’s a small, but very vocal, very powerful, very determined minority who wants to impose their views on all the rest of us, and it’s time for everybody, regardless of party to say, ‘No, that’s not who we are as America.’”

It’s working. In a Reuters poll, most Americans polled see Trump supporters as being a threat to the country. Fifty-eight percent of respondents in the poll – including one in four Republicans – said Trump’s supporters are threatening America’s democratic foundations.

This is the sort of talk that you would expect in a country where a political power or a dictator is getting ready to purge people, is getting ready to ethnically cleanse people. This is not normal talk.

Professor William A Jacobson, Founder of the Website Legal Insurrection

It’s clear- they intend to eliminate what they are referring to as a “threat to democracy.” That threat is anyone who opposes them.

That threat to be eliminated is you.

It’s Political

Precedent. If you get two acts that were committed, but are declaring one to be illegal and the other not, you are being a political hypocrite unless you can articulate a reasonable explanation as to why one situation is fundamentally different than the other.

So Trump has records at his house that are left over from his Presidency. You claim that it is because he can’t keep anything from his time in the White House.

Then explain why it wasn’t a crime when Obama did the same thing, keeping tractor trailer loads of records from the White House, while shredding tens of thousands of documents.

”In a break from tradition, Barack Obama’s presidential library is actually opting out of any sort of relationship with the National Archives…Meanwhile gone with the wind are all scandals that took place when Obama was in the Oval Office. How did Obama get away with it? When you can go about fundamentally transforming America after bragging before the election that this was your intention, to get away with it and continue in private life to try to overturn the results of the 2016 election, you can get away with most anything.

Or how about the time that Clinton kept records from when he was President. Judicial Watch actually sued over that one, and the court ruled that Presidents have the ability to rule certain records to be personal property, and are thus exempt from public records acts.

The case in question is titled Judicial Watch v. National Archives and Records Administration and it involved an effort by the conservative watchdog to compel the Archives to forcibly seize hours of audio recordings that Clinton made during his presidency with historian Taylor Branch.

Here is the important part:

But Jackson’s ruling — along with the Justice Department’s arguments that preceded it — made some other sweeping declarations that have more direct relevance to the FBI’s decision to seize handwritten notes and files Trump took with him to Mar-a-Lago. The most relevant is that a president’s discretion on what are personal vs. official records is far-reaching and solely his, as is his ability to declassify or destroy records at will.

To those who are all over the classification issue, both Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama signed executive orders — which remain in force to this day — declaring that presidents have sweeping authority to declassify secrets and do not have to follow the mandatory declassification procedures all other government officials do.

So anyone who says otherwise, provide the reasons why these cases do not apply to Trump. The White House certainly can’t. That makes this political.

Dumber Army Follows Orders

The ASVAB is a test that is given to potential military enlistees. Many career counselors consider it to be one of the best occupational aptitude tests ever written. The test evaluates those taking it in various categories like Arithmetic, Assembling Objects, Auto & Shop, Electronics, Science, Mechanical Comprehension, and Language skills. Each branch of the military has a minimum score that a potential recruit must score in order to enlist. The Army’s minimum score is the lowest of all military branches at a 31.

There are too many potential Army enlistees who either can’t score a 31 or meet the basic physical requirements. So the Army has decided to begin offering remedial classes. This is a reflection on the general lowering of the quality of our Armed Forces. The left is only concerned with political reliability, and is busy cashiering everyone who shows even a remote rightward leaning.

So they are purging the military and staffing it with uneducated morons who are out of shape, have psychological problems, and will simply follow whatever orders they are given. That may include wiping out a small town that refuses to remain locked down or refuses to stop bitterly clinging to their guns, their Bibles, and their Constitution.

But Who Will Pay the Taxes?

The New York Governor just stated that Republicans don’t reflect the values of New York, aren’t real New Yorkers, and should just head down to Florida. This is a continuation of the “unpersoning” of anyone on the right.

She doubled down and also said:

I just want to say to the 1.77 million Jews who call New York home: Thank you for calling New York home. Don’t go anywhere or to another state. Florida is overrated. I shouldn’t say this, but look at the governor. It starts at the top down.

The left needs to make the right into villains. This is how every purge, every holocaust begins. You first have to make the right into subhuman filth, deserving of the final solution.

He is Screwed

Since January 7, I have been saying that Trump needs to flee the country, because we know as the entire Trump family is number one of “most hated man in the leftie universe,” the left won’t rest until Trump and his family are in prison or dead. At this point, I am thinking dead.

Now we have word that the FBI has confiscated Trump’s passport. They are intent on making sure that he can’t leave the country. I think that Trump’s biggest weakness is one that is being shared by most of those on the right- they are assuming that the left is still playing by the rules.

It will surprise me greatly if Trump is still alive to see 2024. He most certainly see it from the inside of a prison cell, if he makes it that long.

Things will begin to happen with almost blinding speed.

Advocating Trump’s Execution

Remember those historians that I wrote about who were advising Biden that the Right was a threat to Democracy? Just like all Marxists, they are apparently ready to begin killing off political opponents. Literally. Here is one of them saying that Trump should be executed:

Here is retired General Hayden, former director of the NSA and current CNN contributor agreeing with him:

They want you dead. If this is how they act when we own 600 million guns, how will they act after we are disarmed?

Those Pesky Amendments

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Trump and his attorneys have been denied a copy of the search warrant that was the basis for searching his home, and further are being denied access to the probable cause that was the basis of the warrant.

Trump attorney Christina Bobb was the attorney who was on site. She explains that they initially wouldn’t even let her see the warrant, but then did; they were reluctant to let them have it. It’s not clear from what she says if they ultimately were able to obtain it at some point. She also explained that the probable cause for the warrant was sealed, so that they can’t even know what it was

Now the Courts have ruled that the IRS can forward Trump’s tax returns to Congress, who will use them as evidence that he has committed a crime. The IRS has long pointed to court cases where SCOTUS has ruled that filing a tax return isn’t a violation of your Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination. This now proves that to be incorrect, at least if you have become public enemy number one.

That also ignores the entire question as to how Congress has become a law enforcement body, which destroys separation of powers. Congress claims that, in demanding Trump’s tax returns, they aren’t investigating Trump, but are simply conducting oversight of the IRS. Who really believes that?

Then there is the NY Attorney General, who ran for office on a platform of convicting Donald Trump of something. Anything. So it’s no wonder he is pleading the Fifth at every deposition.

No matter what, they are going to perp walk him before November. Does he still get a Secret Service detail in prison? The stated goal of the left for all of this activity is to prevent him from running for office.

Not just a coincidence that today is the third anniversary of Jeffery Epstein not killing himself.
