More knees needed

A man in Ocala Florida was attacked on May 2 by three feral critters who used a baseball bat and a shovel to beat him during a robbery. The man had multiple skull injuries and fractured vertebrae as a result of the beating, and had to be placed in a medically induced coma when he was taken to the hospital due to his injuries.

The three critters were 32-year-old Darrielle Murphy, 33-year-old Keshana Oliver, and 19-year-old Jakecio Pollard. Pollard is in custody and considering that he is only 19, is already off to a great start on his career at being a lifelong violent criminal. He was arrested for petit theft, but they dropped the charges, they also convicted him of drug possession and giving a false name to a LEO, crimes which sent him to jail for 16 days. At the time of the robbery, he was awaiting trial for a jail escape.

Murphy and Oliver are still at large. They are pictured here:

Keshana Oliver has felony convictions going back to 2007. Those include burglary, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, battery, tampering with witness, tampering with evidence, affray (fighting/rioting in jail), threatening a public official, grand theft, assault during a burglary, attacking a LEO, three different cases of driving while license suspended, providing false identification, and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. For his crimes, he has been sent to prison 4 times, having served a total of 18 months in jail.

In the case of Darielle Murphy (street name “Bumbo”), the earliest crime that wasn’t a traffic offense that I could find was for “trespassing on school property after warning” in 2007 when he was 18 years old, but the arrest affidavit was sealed. Included in the paperwork for this crime was “violation of probation” which means that there were earlier convictions, but they were likely while he was a juvenile and records were sealed. Anyway, his visible convictions going back to 2009. They include charges for domestic battery (at least three convictions), tampering with evidence, escape, grand theft (at least three convictions), drug possession, battery, witness tampering, at least three convictions for petit theft, motor vehicle theft, theft of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, armed burglary, and multiple convictions for resisting arrest with violence. He also had charges dropped on “lewd and lascivious battery on a child 12-16” there as well. For his crimes, this guy has been in prison 15 times for a total 4 years and 7 months in custody.

Murphy and Oliver are career violent criminals, with Pollard following in their footsteps. They have each committed numerous violent felonies, and it is only a matter of time before they murder someone. The short bit of time they have served seems like a slap on the wrist for the long list of crimes that they have committed.

There are far more blacks like them than there are successful black professionals.

This will get me banned

The Eatonville Police Department is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that could lead to an arrest of a suspect following a stabbing death on May 8.

Police are looking for 55-year-old Barbara Kay Hartfield, who is wanted for premeditated first-degree murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon following the stabbing death of Felisha C. Johnson.

My comment will likely get deleted and possibly earn me a ban:

“Teenagers have been having fights including fights involving knives for eons. We do not need police to address these situations by showing up to the scene & using a weapon against one of the teenagers.” a quote from BLM cofounder Bree Newsome

EDITED TO ADD: Well, it did get “moderated” out of existence. They claim it violates their unpublished and ever changing community guidelines.

Shooting

This shooting was caught on video in Kissimmee, Florida, just ten miles from Walt Disney World.

Is that a Pro-Mag 50 round magazine on that pistol?

Also, why does he keep racking the slide? Does it keep jamming?

Some people are just evil

Here is a case of a 14 year old evil person, who killed his 13 year old classmate. Some want to make sense of it, and I just don’t even try. To try and understand some things is to invite yourself to become like them.

Whenever someone asks me why people can do things to others, that is what I tell them: “Some people are just evil. The things that they do to other people don’t make sense to you, because you aren’t evil. Those people are broken, and that is why they do the things they do. “

I may not want to understand them, but I *do* know how to keep them from doing it again. It seems odd for me to say, because- I am opposed to the death penalty. Why? Because I don’t trust our court system not to do underhanded things like hide exculpatory evidence or manufacture evidence, not because I oppose the concept.

Always have a gun

A woman had her purse stolen while she was at work. The ID in that purse was used to purchase and activate an iPhone at an Orlando shopping mall.

At the same shopping mall, a man purchased expensive items at Gucci and Louis Vuitton before leaving the mall to attend a party. Two men wearing ski masks and carrying firearms entered the party to rob the guests. The two criminals demanded the keys to his Lexus while also stealing a Christian Dior bag, a gold chain and a wallet from him. During the robbery, the guests complied with the robber’s demands, but one of them fired a shot anyway, killing another partygoer.

When police were investigating the robbery and murder, they discovered the illegally obtained iPhone attached to the bottom of the car of the man who had been shopping. The robbers selected their robbery victim because it appeared as though he had money, then attached the iPhone to the car as a tracking device, which they used to follow him to his destination in order to rob him.

The poor partygoer who was murdered did not do a thing other than go to a party. This is why you should carry a firearm everywhere you go.

What many in the press won’t mention is that this is a story that plays out a dozen times a day, every day, all over the country. One black man killed by another, while the media and BLM waste their time protesting drug abusers who overdose and demand that police departments be disbanded.

As well they should

Two Americans killed a police officer that they believed to be a drug dealer who had taken their money without delivering any cocaine. It turned out to be a police officer. They were convicted and sentenced to life. The twist? This was in Italy. The crime was carried out using a knife.

They killed someone, and didn’t use a gun. It isn’t guns that cause murder, it is a mindset that causes murder. These two will rot in a European jail. They deserve to.

Lynch mobs

Andrew Branca talks about the intimidation of the jury in the Chauvin trial, and he made some points that struck a chord with me. First, let me start with the relevant quote from the esteemed Mr. Branca:

If it cannot be expected that Chauvin can get any fairer a trial elsewhere in Minnesota than he can in the rage-mob surrounded Hennepin County Courthouse, the solution consistent with the “justice” any of us would want for ourselves or anyone we care about is not to compel him to endure an unfair trial where he is.

That is the point- if a person who is accused of a crime cannot receive a fair and impartial trial under the law, then the law has become nothing more than a codified lynch mob, and we can forget about calling our legal system a “justice system” because there will be no justice of any kind to be had.

The whole point of a trial is that the evidence is heard- both for and against- and then a jury decides whether or not the person is guilty of a crime. If we are to decide that a person is to be punished before the trial is even held, thereby making the trial a mere formality, then why bother with the trial at all?

Is that really what people, especially black people, in this country want? Are we to return to the days of lynch mobs? I fear for the times, the trials, and the tribulations to come. We are truly seeing the end of this republic, of very civilization itself, at least on the North American continent.

What comes next will be horrific.

SNL and Chauvin

If you watch the SNL open about the Chauvin trial, they are setting the stage for riots to follow the acquittal of Chauvin. They are already laying the groundwork to permit the riots that we all know would follow a not guilty verdict.

You see, all right thinking people are supposed to know that Chauvin is guilty, and the only reason for an acquittal is that the entire system is corrupt. It couldn’t be because the jury saw all of the evidence and decided that the state had not met its burden of proof. Nope, it has to be racism.

Make no mistake- Chauvin will eventually go to jail, even if the Feds have to get him for some charge that dodges double jeopardy, but that will be after the politicians get the riots that they are looking for.

Facts don’t lie

A woman in Memphis became angry at Burger King employees because she believed that they were too slow in preparing her food. So she decided to get out of her car, lean in the drive through window, and began spraying bullets throughout the store.

Blacks make up 13% of the US population, but commit 53% of the homicides, 54% of the robberies, 33% of violent crime, and 43% of illegal weapons possession. In fact, Blacks are overrepresented in every category of crime in the US, except for DUI and public intoxication.

That isn’t racism, it is just fact.
