That is why you didn’t go see the Bros movie, according to its director. The movie hasn’t even paid for half of its costs, and the director is getting something (half) right.
He finally admits that the US public doesn’t want to see woke garbage about queers wanting to put body parts into each other’s rectums in casual weekend romps. He starts by trying to claim that no one likes seeing comedies, but then really goes off the deep end and says:

The American public DOES like to see comedies. We just expect comedy to be, you know, actually funny. My wife and I love movies like the Hangover series, 21 and 22 Jump Street, and My Cousin Vinny. Movies about gay men engaging in orgies are just not funny. I don’t care what the woke lefty film critics have to say, people don’t think these kinds of movies are worth paying money to see.

More Shortfalls
In a continuation of a trend I have been reporting for awhile, the military is shrinking because of a fall in retention and enlistment. First the Army and now the National Guard reports that they are falling short in meeting manpower targets, falling short by about 7,500 troops. Senior leadership is blaming a large decrease in troops reenlisting for the shortfall.
Officials claim that people are not reenlisting because they are disappointed by not being able to deploy and get shot at. I think that’s bullshit. They are failing to reenlist for a few reasons:
- Troops are generally conservative and don’t want woke bullshit training crammed down their throats
- They want to do high speed, low drag shit, not spend time learning each other’s pronouns or diversity training
- The COVID shot requirements
- Handing out abortions so barracks whores can get more action isn’t gonna make up the difference
- Lowering the requirements for enlisting isn’t fixing it
It seems that most of the nation’s military isn’t as excited about woke bullshit as the left would have us believe.

The Utica, NY police department was having a gun buyback. A man identifying himself as “Kern” says he brought them 110 firearms that he 3D printed at his home, for which they paid him $21,000 in gift cards.
“I’m sure handing over $21,000 in gift cards to some punk kid after getting a bunch of plastic junk was a rousing success,” Kem said. “Gun buybacks are a fantastic way of showing, number one, that your policies don’t work, and, number 2, you’re creating perverse demand. You’re causing people to show up to these events, and, they don’t actually reduce crime whatsoever.”

- No one can legally have a gun at school
